This suits you so well, man. I struggle with shape variation feeling right in males, but with how you've handled the fists, all the way down to the pecs and midriff all feels natural and really looks like it would work (maybe push the biceps but idk I never saw the photo).

lol, how is it not a study? Β If you look at reality, study it, and then alter it, it's still a study. Β This is a study of anatomy, not a study of realism. Β If I just copied the photo exactly, it would be a study in copying a photo... Β Maybe I would learn some, but I could also rely on just copying and not really understanding. Β If you have to change what you see, through stylization or simplification or exaggeration, then you have to understand even better what your subject is than if you just do an exact copy. Β
