Rayu must've left a little later than the rest of the pack to get to the offering spot and she thought she'd be left walking all alone... luckily, she made a friend along the way! BendustKas 's Avani and Rayu walk to the event together and even though Rayu runs into the pack once they get there... she decides to spend a little longer with Avani. read into it what you will I make no promises I give no hints I'm going to add a better description when I'm no longer slightly loopy and typo prone.
You only have to do two loons that aren't your main loons, they said. So you should do twenty non-main loons, I heard. I need to get my hearing checked
HHHHHHHHHHHhhh my first ever collaaaaaaaaaaaaaab and it's with the glorious BendustKas ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (here's her submission!! ) frens you have no idea how excited I am about this hhhhhhhhhhhhh look at her SHADING and those BACKGROUNDS and the fiery magical mornings and the BREATH POOFS and the SNOW and the TREES and the FOG and the AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
So I did all the stupid lame sketches and lines and coloring and shit but Kas made it all actually look good. Don't look at the lines. Just don't. Look at the shading. The pretty pretty pretty shading. And background. HHHHHh. I could look at it forever. Ghhhh gotta love Kas and her gorgeous arting. Hhhhhhhhhhh. I can't believe she agreed to collab with me. Bow down to Kas the Great and Mighty Art Goddess. Watch her. Fave her art. Do it. I'll know if you don't. I'm the Universe.
ALLLLLLLSO the magic for collabs is absolute bs and for some reason, all the love magic earned is split equally amongst all your loons so even though Rayu and Avani are in here a million times they get the same amount of magic as the loons that were in once?! Kas did the calculations and I trust her but mods, seriously, don't tell me this is how it actually works.

The non-"main character" loons belonging to Kas are the large blue loon, small tan loon, and one of the two black loons in the bottom right of the eighth panel, as well as the smaller black loon who is in the bottom left of the eighth panel and in the top right of the ninth.
The non-"main character" loons belonging to me are the seven loons gathered around (or in) the large hole in the ninth panel.
Kas's main character in this is Avani, the pale tan loon with the bright red markings. My main character is Rayu, the pale zebra loon.

Psssssssssh my lineart is messy and sketchyyyy but thank you nonetheless
My thought process as I was sketching the group panels: Hmm, so we have to have team and Bot, and then of course Peri because Peri, and Kas requested I include Oshi 'cause he needs some upgrades and it's oh so fun to have a creepy loon menacing the background, and hmm well who else can I include? Well, we should include Niine since they're loon of the month and absolutely gorgeous (except we didn't finish in time for that to count whoops), and hmm still lots of room left how about Hevy and Val! They're precious! And, well, still lots of room, let's toss in Kas' adorable Twine and well of course you can't have Twine without Split and Fish wouldn't let the two wander off on some great adventure alone and three's really too small of a group so who else is in the pack? The twins? Well you can't add just one of them so let's add both the twins and well I can't leave it so that just Sanddorn was left behind! And then Kas saw the sketch and was like dude you can't put the entire Sundance pack and none of your loons and I basically went through the same process with my own kids. XD

Holy Santa XD The uh, vast number of loons was kind of an accident, but I of course had to include the Sundance kids and Val and Hevy! I figured Twine would have a blast with this sort of thing and tbh I wasn't sure how Fish and Split would react, but I figured both of them would love seeing Twine like that. I worried a bit that Split looked too happy but hey, if her monkeychild is happy, she'll be happy, right? And I figured since Sand was so new to the pack the most he'd want to do would be hide behind the two biggest scariest loons of the pack. And about Nigiri... if I'm being totally honest I didn't even think about her being cold, the pose just looked good with the rest of the group, but it's absolutely hilarious in hindsight XD
And hhhhhhhhhhhhh I love Val. Lovelove Val. She's precious and wonderful and she and Hevy are too cuuuuuuuuute!

I meaaaaan... it wasn't technically hard, just... a little time consuming. I actually finished the sketch in something like three days 
*bows* I couldn't not do it, it was required hahaha
Val's always been one of my favorites, the precious pale loon with the giant pink bow~ It's been great to see her getting a bunch of upgrades recently, and she's become absolutely gorgeous! ...but I do think I'll miss her being such a tiny loonling. Just a bit.

It was such a surprise to see the Sundance kids!
