One week passed since your first date with L, you felt the time passes so slowly since then. Everyone was investigating, working. With the evidence of the videos from the surveillance cameras at Yotsuba, everybody knew that Kira was one of its members, but who? That's the matter. You knew Kira was there, but what about the second Kira? Something is weird, you found out WHO the second Kira is... and you sighed while looking some photos of the suspicious ones, and Matsuda looked at you.

"Are you okay, Ms. (y/n)? You don't look like always" Matsuda asked to you, and L, who was staring at his screen maybe trying to find out who Kira was, just looked at you while he took a sip from his cup of coffee, but didn't ask anything.
"Yeah, I'm ok" you said, distracted.
"I'm going to get coffee, do you want some?" He asked, but you still were glancing at the photos. "Sure, thanks" you said to Matsuda, and he went for coffee.

Nobody knew you put surveillance cameras and even microphones secretly in Misa's house and even in her clothes too, nobody but you and L. It has been a very busy week, so L and you haven't talked too much about your own plan, but yesterday you found something... weird.

A week ago, when Matsuda was discovered at Yotsuba, Misa tried to settle things with them; so Ryuuzaki put her to act with Aiber to make a fake interview with the company. And she went, but when you were monitoring with the microphones in her clothes she asked to go to te bathroom after Higuchi did, once Aiber and the others made all the questions about Kira to her. Once in the bathroom, she was talking about how stressing it was and she cheered herself up but suddenly, you heard an attempt to scream or cry.

"What are you?! Clearly, you aren't a stalker, but you clearly don't look like a human!" She said in that moment. You freaked out... 'not human? What does she mean by that?!' You thought but you calmed down and listened, she continued talking. "Work? I don't understand! And you're saying Light is Kira?!" and after some minutes... you kept hearing. "So... Light is Kira... and I'm the second Kira..." How could this be?! She sounds like she's been hypnotized or something, is she talking to Kira directly, and is he manipulating her? It doesn't make sense... but you can't see if there's someone with her, just hear. Then, you heard a change of emotion in Misa's voice, like kindness? "Mr. Shinigami, you're real. You know everything about me, and I believe in you. And if Light is Kira, and if Misa too... I believe it, is the best!" She said and you shocked. What?! What was that? "Shinigami"?? No, it can't be, it must be an alias or something, but why can't you hear him? Did he gave a microphone to her, too? There's no way someone suspected about your surveillance. After a silence, you heard her once again. "Yes, I love him!" .......... "Ok, I'll act naturally."

You were totally concerned about what you heard the last week but Ryuuzaki has been working a lot, and he couldn't go to visit you because of that, or talk to him privately either. So... the only thing to do is wait, because if Ryuuzaki knows, he will enclose Misa again, risking the actual plan with Yotsuba, because apparently she's dating one of them members. But that's not the only thing, she escaped the next day of the conversation with this "Mr. Shinigami" with Higuchi, and she made him confess. But she didn't wear her clothes, so the vital information was still missing. Besides, that day, when you heard what Misa said about Light and her, and all those things about Kira, wasn't enough... and you were looking at Light, without realizing it. He looked at you curiously but serious.

"What's the matter, Ms. (y/n)?" He asked to you, L was still looking at the screens while eating a slice cake, faking like he's not listening.
"Light, I have a question for you." You asked, determined, and Matsuda came with the coffee, leaving your cup next to you, and you sipped your cup of coffee, Light, Matsuda, and Souichiro were intrigued.
"What is it?" He asked. "How did you prove your guilt and innocence before?" You asked, still drinking coffee, but calmed, he looks confused because of your question.
"Guilt and innocence? I'm afraid I don't understand, Ms. (y/n), because I've never been an innocent person since I work here, almost everybody believe I'm Kira" He said smiling, and this time Ryuuzaki looked at him, leaving the screens, and hearing what you need to say about that. "Well, yeah. I mean, your profile fits perfectly with Kira's, as I thought before. Something made a connection between you and Misa, even if she was working in another site from Japan, it's weird to want to meet someone like her when you are a genius. You can't lie to me, I'm a woman, and I know you don't love her, even if she s obsessed with you, you could pick up any woman you want, someone different. But why, did you contact her, and kept her with you?" you asked, and stared at his eyes, he looked like he doesn't know what to answer.

"Well... She wanted to know me for that reason, she already told everyone that story. I want to protect her from Kira, and she wants to catch him, because I'm trying to catch him too. She's with me, and she just want to help. But I don't see the point of this."
"Ryuuzaki" you said, and he looked at you, not knowing why you were doing this. "Why did you suspect of Light? And Misa? Isn't it because Light is Mr. Yagami's son, and he could access to all the police information just by learning basic hacking to check his father's computer? AND after that, you found some Kira material in Misa's house when she just met Light and you?" you asked, with an emotionless gaze, trying not to show your feelings for him.

"Yes Ms. (y/n), I found some videos in Misa's house, just like second Kira ones. But after that, we enclosed them for weeks, proving their innocence. But something was weird. Because when Light was enclosed, Kira changed his mind and started to kill different kind of people. That's why I still suspect a bit from Light." He answered honestly, this time, glancing at Light.
"Ryuuzaki!" Matsuda exclaimed, but then he just sat, and Light stared serious at L's eyes.
"Ryuuzaki is always suspecting I'm Kira. But I don't understand, Ms. (y/n). I thought you were going to help us, not to confuse everybody about this." He said, this time a little angry.
"I'm helping... What if I tell you, Misa is the real second Kira? If she were, would you know it? Or hide it? Even if she is your girlfriend..." you asked, piercing Light's eyes, Ryuuzaki, Matsuda and Souichiro were looking at you, but after hearing this, they looked at Light.
"Misa tells everything to me and it's hard to say this, but if she is the second Kira, I'll take her to jail, or something like that, because Kira and second Kira are criminals, and that's the reason why we are here. Isn't it?" he asked to you,
"Yeah, it is" you answered, like challenging him and Ryuuzaki interfered.
"There's no need to make this assumptions Ms. (y/n), because we know Kira is in Yotsuba right now and we need to know the way he kills. Everybody please, get to the job." And the tension was high, but everybody returned to their tasks. Ryuuzaki looked at you, he seems to be a little angry.

'Of course he was angry, I almost say what I found about Misa!' you thought even if he don't know, he could make that assumption and you blushed, ashamed. Ryuuzaki didn't noticed this, but you kept looking for some information about Higuchi, Ryuuzaki would know about your information later. 'Darn, I don't want to have problems with Ryuuzaki because of Light, I need to be more discreet' you thought, very distracted and eager to say L what happens, but you're keeping an eye at your handbag because you were carrying the recording tapes since that day.

*Time skip*

At 11:30 P.M., everybody was still working, but you were too distracted and L noticed.

"Ms. (y/n), if you are sleepy today you can go home now" He said to you, piercing your eyes with his strong gaze... or so it seemed to everybody, except for you... he looked like he just wanted you to rest for now, but you realized in his eyes, there was something else; he wanted to talk with you. 'I don't know why, but I understand what L wants right now... will he ask me something soon?' you thought, biting your lower lip.
"Aahh... yeah, of course. I feel tired, but I'll come earlier tomorrow." you said, while Watari came in with a big cake for L. He really love to eat sweets at all hours, doesn't he? "Sure Ms. (y/n). I hope you feel better tomorrow." Ryuuzaki said, and Souichiro, who suddenly arrived from somewhere just asked. "Ms. (Y/n) are you okay?" He asked, at the moment you grabbed your handbag and some papers. "Yeah, don't worry, I just need to leave for today. Thanks for asking Mr. Yagami." You said smiling to him, and left the building fast, trying not to make your feelings obvious.

A few minutes later when you arrived to the penthouse, you put your handbag on the closet, put your pijamas on and saw a note in the table of the living room.

"I'll meet you in one hour. Ryuuzaki."

'How romantic' you thought sarcastically.

--- Meanwhile, at the headquarters... ---

"Ryuuzaki, why does she suspect about me? Don't you support my innocence?" Light asked to L, challenging him, but L was sucking his fingers because he was eating a lot of ice cream and he spotted all over. "Light, there's no need to be angry. Let her be, I thought you were Kira too, once. No, I still believe it." He said without emotions. "Let her be? I'm innocent, you know I'm not Kira!... Ryuuzaki, say something." Light said, angry, his father looked at him, surprised just like Aizawa. "If you are innocent, then you don't need to question all of this. Kira is one of the Yotsuba members, you know..." but Light interrupted him, he grabbed L's sleeve and looked at his eyes with fury. "Are you blind? She is confusing everyone's thoughts with her apparently perfect deductions! Why do you still suspect I am Kira?!" He yelled, but L just looked at his eyes, serious as always. "Light..." Souichiro said, worried. "I think you are Kira, because of all. Since I began to investigate, everything led me to you. All the clues, pointed at you, and you know that, Light. But now, we know "this Kira" is in Yotsuba" L answered, looking at Light's hand, still grabbing his sleeve. "Ryuuzaki..." Light said, calmly... and he punched Ryuuzaki right to his face, throwing him off of his chair. Souichiro and Aizawa exclaimed something, but mantained distance. "She bothers me because she is so smart, but she refuses to accept my innocence, I don't know why. Because of that, she is useless to us, she doesn't belong here." Light said, and Ryuuzaki was annoyed for this. He got up and gave him a really, really strong kick, leaving Light down in the floor, bleeding. "Don't dare to talk like that about any member of this team. If I bring someone here it's because is very important. Everyone here has an important role, and she brought in this weeks vital information for this case, just like you and everyone does. So, calm down and go home. I don't want conflicts between us, because we need to work together to catch this murderer." L said, and walked to the door. "By the way, if you need first aid talk to Watari, he will asist you." He said, and he left.

You were almost sleep in your bed, waiting. You kept your window opened and heard something.

"Are you awake?" A familiar male voice asked. You yawned and sat in the bed, just to find Ryuuzaki sitting near to you.
"Ryuuzaki!!!" You said with emotion and hugged him, and he hugged you back. You giggled and looked at his eyes, but you noticed his cheek was swollen.
"Ryuuzaki, what happened to you?!" You asked, widening your big (e/c) eyes, and he touched his cheek. "It's nothing, when you defend the one you love, this things happens I guess." He said, smiling, and you looked at him with a confused face, and you went to the bathroom, taking an ointment for his face; you picked some ointment with your fingers, and spread it in his cheek. "Defend?" you said, "from who? You are so cute... I've missed you... by the way." You said to him, looking tenderly at his eye, and he kissed you softly. "I've mssed you too" he said, with a slight smile, but he made a grin when he tried because of the swelling. "How did that happen? You aren't agressive." You said, trying to imagine that "crime". "I told you, I defended you. Light's freaked out because I'm sure he knows I'm watching him these days. So, when he mentioned your name offending you, I went mad and we were fighting for a moment, but I shut his mouth." He said, trying not to explain so much. "I see... you are a gentleman Ryuuzaki" you said, giggling, but then you felt annoyed "but that Light... grrr..." And you closed your hand like trying to cotain your fury, but L hugged you.

"I couldn't find anything suspicious this week in Light's routines, but I guess you can't say the same about Misa." He said, you weren't very surprised because you tried in all ways to tell him, but there was always someone near you both. "Yes, I found something.... strange. I hope you understand this better than I did." You said, and went to your closet, looking for the handbag with the recording tapes, and took your recorder to play it, but before that you cut two slices of the cake you bought for him, an you sat by his side in the bed.

"So, let's listen to the tape." He said, and you realized he was anxious about this. "Okay!" you said and played. After some minutes of the Kira questions, and Higuchi went to the bathroom, then started Misa to ask to go to the bathrom, too.

"Ryuuzaki, are you okay? I was shocked too when I heard this for he first time... Ryuuzaki?" You asked, but he was still shocked and scared, and suddenly he bit his thumb. "I've tried to think about it like as... an alias, you know, the word "Shinigami", Kira believes he is a god... but I have no idea who is she talking about, there wasn't cameras, only my microphone... so, I guess there must be some speaker she hid or something..." you said with doubt, but L looked at you, with his serious expression. "Ms. (y/n), I can't believe this works, you just watched Misa for a week, and you found this. But I don't believe there's a speaker, because we would know about it. I don't know how Kira or whatever this Shinigami is contacted her." He said, still biting his thumb. He looks so anxious, you just want to help him. "But... do you plan to enclose Misa and Light again...?" You asked, and he was thinking about it...

"No, I need to make something different this time, and you are going to help me Ms. (y/n)." He said, with a determined face. "That's why I am here" you said to him, smiling, and he passed his arms in your waist then he began to kiss you, lovingly, and your heart was pounding like crazy; he make you feel like crazy when he kiss you like this... "Are you sure that's the only reason why you are here? I'm sure here's a high percent of another reason..." he said, panting, and kissed you once more with all his passion, and you grabbed his hair, making him moan with that sexy, deep voice and you just melted in that moment... "For now, that reason is tied with my love for you..." you said, panting too, and kissed him back wildly.

But... he pushed you away for a moment, trying to regain some air. His dark eyes were piercing yours, with a tender but worried gaze. "What happen, Ryuuzaki?" you asked, worried. "I'll keep watching Light, now it's clear he is Kira... but for some reason, there are no more prooves than this one, just keep it. We will pretend we are going behind Yotsuba's members. After that, I know we'll be able to know why I kept suspecting from Yagami Light..." he said, and he continue. "But first, I need to tell you something, because I love you." he said and you blushed, but you didn't say anything and waited. "Elle Lawliet..." He said, and you were confused. "What? Who is that?" you asked, figuring out who might be... impossible. "My true name, is Elle Lawliet... you are the first one I tell this..." He said, glancing at the window, but you stand up and see him through his eye, with a bright of hope. "What a beautiful name... I love you too, Elle..." you said for first time, and he widened his eyes, sealing your lips with a deep kiss.

"I'm afraid something's going to happen to me if I don't catch this murderer" L said, but you hugged him strong. "I'll never let him hurt you, never." you said bravely. "Time to time, and we will catch him soon! I can't wait. What do you plan now?" You asked smiling, and he smiled back, like if he got everything solved and you felt better. "Let me explain you, my beautiful lady, what we are going to do from now on..."

"First, knowing that Yotsuba don't know we are observing their movements, Kira will fall. We will expose him, and he will show us his killing weapon. Of course, this isn't a secret to anyone, but we could find some interesting things to make a relation with the old Kira..." he said, while you were eating cake. "I think this will be wonderful..." you said, while eating. "But we need to be sure! I'll keep an eye on Misa, maybe she will say something more." you suggested, and L nodded his head. "But she sounds in the tape like she even doesn't knew she was the second Kira..." L said, and you sighed. "Maybe she just has mental problems." You argued, and L smiled, like if he thinks the same, and he hugged you.

"(Y/n) ..." he whispered in your ear, and it gave you the chills. "Ryuuzaki..." you said while he kissed your neck, but he whispered once more. "Say my name... now, you know it..." he said and kissed your chin. "Elle, please, don't..." you begged, but he seems to go further everytime you speak. He took off your pijama, letting him see your underwear and started to touch your waist, while he kisses you in your neck, your chin, your lips...

"Do you want me to stay or should I leave?" He asked, caressing your arms and legs. You accept in your mind, that you can't fight with this. 'Too much for my heart, but it's okay, because I love him...' you thought and answered to his question. "You can stay as long as you wish..." you said, and kissed him with passion, making him moan once more with that deep voice of him... melting even your own soul. "I won't let you escape this night, my lady" he whispered to you, and he took off his clothes, making visible his skinny, but well toned body. And he went with you inside your bed... licking, touching, kissing, making love in ways you never imagined you could feel.

--- Meanwhile, at the headquarters... ---

"Ryuuzaki, why does she suspect about me? Don't you support my innocence?" Light asked to L, challenging him, but L was sucking his fingers because he was eating a lot of ice cream and he spotted all over. "Light, there's no need to be angry. Let her be, I thought you were Kira too, once. No, I still believe it." He said without emotions. "Let her be? I'm innocent, you know I'm not Kira!... Ryuuzaki, say something." Light said, angry, his father looked at him, surprised just like Aizawa. "If you are innocent, then you don't need to question all of this. Kira is one of the Yotsuba members, you know..." but Light interrupted him, he grabbed L's sleeve and looked at his eyes with fury. "Are you blind? She is confusing everyone's thoughts with her apparently perfect deductions! Why do you still suspect I am Kira?!" He yelled, but L just looked at his eyes, serious as always. "Light..." Souichiro said, worried. "I think you are Kira, because of all. Since I began to investigate, everything led me to you. All the clues, pointed at you, and you know that, Light. But now, we know "this Kira" is in Yotsuba" L answered, looking at Light's hand, still grabbing his sleeve. "Ryuuzaki..." Light said, calmly... and he punched Ryuuzaki right to his face, throwing him off of his chair. Souichiro and Aizawa exclaimed something, but mantained distance. "She bothers me because she is so smart, but she refuses to accept my innocence, I don't know why. Because of that, she is useless to us, she doesn't belong here." Light said, and Ryuuzaki was annoyed for this. He got up and gave him a really, really strong kick, leaving Light down in the floor, bleeding. "Don't dare to talk like that about any member of this team. If I bring someone here it's because is very important. Everyone here has an important role, and she brought in this weeks vital information for this case, just like you and everyone does. So, calm down and go home. I don't want conflicts between us, because we need to work together to catch this murderer." L said, and walked to the door. "By the way, if you need first aid talk to Watari, he will asist you." He said, and he left.

--- At the penthouse ---

You were almost sleep in your bed, waiting. You kept your window opened and heard something.

"Are you awake?" A familiar male voice asked. You yawned and sat in the bed, just to find Ryuuzaki sitting near to you.
"Ryuuzaki!!!" You said with emotion and hugged him, and he hugged you back. You giggled and looked at his eyes, but you noticed his cheek was swollen.
"Ryuuzaki, what happened to you?!" You asked, widening your big (e/c) eyes, and he touched his cheek. "It's nothing, when you defend the one you love, this things happens I guess." He said, smiling, and you looked at him with a confused face, and you went to the bathroom, taking an ointment for his face; you picked some ointment with your fingers, and spread it in his cheek. "Defend?" you said, "from who? You are so cute... I've missed you... by the way." You said to him, looking tenderly at his eye, and he kissed you softly. "I've mssed you too" he said, with a slight smile, but he made a grin when he tried because of the swelling. "How did that happen? You aren't agressive." You said, trying to imagine that "crime". "I told you, I defended you. Light's freaked out because I'm sure he knows I'm watching him these days. So, when he mentioned your name offending you, I went mad and we were fighting for a moment, but I shut his mouth." He said, trying not to explain so much. "I see... you are a gentleman Ryuuzaki" you said, giggling, but then you felt annoyed "but that Light... grrr..." And you closed your hand like trying to cotain your fury, but L hugged you.

"I couldn't find anything suspicious this week in Light's routines, but I guess you can't say the same about Misa." He said, you weren't very surprised because you tried in all ways to tell him, but there was always someone near you both. "Yes, I found something.... strange. I hope you understand this better than I did." You said, and went to your closet, looking for the handbag with the recording tapes, and took your recorder to play it, but before that you cut two slices of the cake you bought for him, an you sat by his side in the bed.

"So, let's listen to the tape." He said, and you realized he was anxious about this. "Okay!" you said and played. After some minutes of the Kira questions, and Higuchi went to the bathroom, then started Misa to ask to go to the bathrom, too.

"What are you?! Clearly, you aren't a stalker, but you clearly don't look like a human!"
...  "Work? I don't understand! And you're saying Light is Kira?!"
...   "So... Light is Kira... and I'm the second Kira..."
... "Mr. Shinigami, you're real. You know everything about me, and I believe in you. And if Light is Kira, and if Misa too... I believe it, is the best!"
...  "Yes, I love him!" .......... "Ok, I'll act naturally."

After this, the conversation was from the job interview again. L has his eyes widened, unable to eat his slice of cake like if he has seen a ghost.
"Ryuuzaki, are you okay? I was shocked too when I heard this for he first time... Ryuuzaki?" You asked, but he was still shocked and scared, and suddenly he bit his thumb. "I've tried to think about it like as... an alias, you know, the word "Shinigami", Kira believes he is a god... but I have no idea who is she talking about, there wasn't cameras, only my microphone... so, I guess there must be some speaker she hid or something..." you said with doubt, but L looked at you, with his serious expression. "Ms. (y/n), I can't believe this works, you just watched Misa for a week, and you found this. But I don't believe there's a speaker, because we would know about it. I don't know how Kira or whatever this Shinigami is contacted her." He said, still biting his thumb. He looks so anxious, you just want to help him. "But... do you plan to enclose Misa and Light again...?" You asked, and he was thinking about it...

"No, I need to make something different this time, and you are going to help me Ms. (y/n)." He said, with a determined face. "That's why I am here" you said to him, smiling, and he passed his arms in your waist then he began to kiss you, lovingly, and your heart was pounding like crazy; he make you feel like crazy when he kiss you like this... "Are you sure that's the only reason why you are here? I'm sure here's a high percent of another reason..." he said, panting, and kissed you once more with all his passion, and you grabbed his hair, making him moan with that sexy, deep voice and you just melted in that moment... "For now, that reason is tied with my love for you..." you said, panting too, and kissed him back wildly.

But... he pushed you away for a moment, trying to regain some air. His dark eyes were piercing yours, with a tender but worried gaze. "What happen, Ryuuzaki?" you asked, worried. "I'll keep watching Light, now it's clear he is Kira... but for some reason, there are no more prooves than this one, just keep it. We will pretend we are going behind Yotsuba's members. After that, I know we'll be able to know why I kept suspecting from Yagami Light..." he said, and he continue. "But first, I need to tell you something, because I love you." he said and you blushed, but you didn't say anything and waited. "Elle Lawliet..." He said, and you were confused. "What? Who is that?" you asked, figuring out who might be... impossible. "My true name, is Elle Lawliet... you are the first one I tell this..." He said, glancing at the window, but you stand up and see him through his eye, with a bright of hope. "What a beautiful name... I love you too, Elle..." you said for first time, and he widened his eyes, sealing your lips with a deep kiss.

"I'm afraid something's going to happen to me if I don't catch this murderer" L said, but you hugged him strong. "I'll never let him hurt you, never." you said bravely. "Time to time, and we will catch him soon! I can't wait. What do you plan now?" You asked smiling, and he smiled back, like if he got everything solved and you felt better. "Let me explain you, my beautiful lady, what we are going to do from now on..."

"First, knowing that Yotsuba don't know we are observing their movements, Kira will fall. We will expose him, and he will show us his killing weapon. Of course, this isn't a secret to anyone, but we could find some interesting things to make a relation with the old Kira..." he said, while you were eating cake. "I think this will be wonderful..." you said, while eating. "But we need to be sure! I'll keep an eye on Misa, maybe she will say something more." you suggested, and L nodded his head. "But she sounds in the tape like she even doesn't knew she was the second Kira..." L said, and you sighed. "Maybe she just has mental problems." You argued, and L smiled, like if he thinks the same, and he hugged you.

"(Y/n) ..." he whispered in your ear, and it gave you the chills. "Ryuuzaki..." you said while he kissed your neck, but he whispered once more. "Say my name... now, you know it..." he said and kissed your chin. "Elle, please, don't..." you begged, but he seems to go further everytime you speak. He took off your pijama, letting him see your underwear and started to touch your waist, while he kisses you in your neck, your chin, your lips...

"Do you want me to stay or should I leave?" He asked, caressing your arms and legs. You accept in your mind, that you can't fight with this. 'Too much for my heart, but it's okay, because I love him...' you thought and answered to his question. "You can stay as long as you wish..." you said, and kissed him with passion, making him moan once more with that deep voice of him... melting even your own soul. "I won't let you escape this night, my lady" he whispered to you, and he took off his clothes, making visible his skinny, but well toned body. And he went with you inside your bed... licking, touching, kissing, making love in ways you never imagined you could feel.
