Parents: Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash (adopted), biological parents unknown
Siblings: Pastel Whirlwind (older sister)

Special Talent: Unknown (though, it'll probably be something related to music therapy)
Bio:

Periwinkle Pride was adopted as a baby. Fluttershy felt very strongly about adopting, and Rainbow Dash of course supported her. They adopted an orphaned, blind baby colt and named him Periwinkle Pride.

Perry pretty easily navigates through life without his sight. He often uses his magic to help him sense his surroundings (think like...Toph Beifong, but magic based vibrations). Because of his lack of sight, he has a great fondness for sounds of all kind, not just music. He's especially adept with bird calls, being raised around them.

Perry is fairly quiet, other than his singing and constant humming. He's not quite (selectively) mute, but definitely doesn't talk as much as your average pony. He has an especially calm vibe about him. Many ponies often come for him for comfort; particularly his mother, Rainbow Dash.

Dash felt an immediate connection with Perry. Having struggled with her own disability, helping her son with his gave her a sense of purpose back in her life (more so than raising Pastel Whirlwind, which is a HUGE spot of tension between the two). The two are extremely close. Fluttershy thinks that it's great that Dash has a positive force in her life, but also sees that the closeness of the two is causing a greater divide between Pastel and Dash (and the family in general, really).
