Special Talent: Her talent is giving ponies magical tattoos that can shift and change and such. Cutie mark is an ink blot with sparkles in it (because, y'know, magic). She can also easily magically remove tattoos, and changes her own often (she's shown here without any ink, cuz she changes them so often) Many of Dazzle's tattoos usually include creatures such as dragons, chimeras, pheonixes etc.
Bio: Dazzle is very confident, unlike her mothers, however she's so laid back that nobody realizes how strong willed she can be when she really wants or cares about something. She gets along with her twin Soothing Sunrise, even though Sunrise constantly tells her to get a "real" job and pursue stronger magic. Dazzle thinks Sunrise can be a little high strung sometimes, but she knows that she means best and only berates her because she cares. Sunrise thinks she has a lot more magical potential than just working at Pokey Pierce's Piercing and Ink, but Dazzle is perfectly happy and is working her dream job.

She's often regarded as Pokey's best employee, even though she only started officially working with him about a year ago. She did intern there for a few years as a teen, however she was mostly working doing paperwork and being a secretary while she perfected her magic. Once she learned how to easily and painlessly remove tattoos, she started working for Pokey officially. Pokey hasn't told Dazzle yet, but he wants to either turn the business over to her eventually or help her open her own shop centered around tattoo magic.
