I haven't rendered this particular character before, but Mavrosh just created this challenge on her journal, so why not.Rendered in DAZ Studio 4.8 Pro in Iray. The assets are from the DAZ3D store; the skin shader is mine, and I did the cloth simmed plane in Blender. Postwork for smoke only.

He is one of the Dark Ones, Gharad's dark elven race. He is a spy and a thief, but never an assassin; his people believe that if you take a life, you must face that person's avatar in the afterlife as you fight your way to be reincarnated. If you manage to go your entire life without killing, your reincarnation will be almost instantaneous, rendering you nearly immortal in the real world.
Aevryn has always followed this rule. There's no knowing what will happen when he figures out all the pretty lights are coming from an off-screen sorceress, of course. Allowing someone to see his face is a serious thing, thus relaxing with no mask on is very unusual for him.

Good thing he is not hiding his face, it would be a pity. He is very handsome. I find it most interesting btw that his eyebrows are bright while his hair is dark.
