I'm coming back to dA, a lot happened and is happening right now. Most of it is connected to school and mental stress, but I can't leave dA. I've missed a lot of people here and it feels wrong just to leave without a trace. I promised myself that I would upload all my 'finished' work from 2013 and anything from 2014 by the end of this month.I hope you have been well, I know a lot of people are going through quite a bit now and I want to say weather through it, work through it and live through it c:
Old work, summer 2013.
Interpret this how you wish, it was a piece born from frustration and a want to escape.
Critique not really needed as this is an old piece with many glaring improvements I can already spot. However if you want to suggest something, do go ahead! I will still read and greatly appreciate it!!
Tools: Copic markers, prismacolor premier pencils, sepia fineliner, white and silver gel pen. A4 smooth bristol.

Hehe you caught me oops. This was the first time I used my prismacolors and I just wanted to binge on all the brightest yellows and blues. TASTE THE ALMOST-RAINBOW.

Now, about this piece - I do distinctly remember seeing a work-in-progress on your tumblr. The concept behind it is well done and very understandable. And your drawing of fur is ever improving (even if this is an older piece....it's still great

Yep I may have posted something on tumblr a while back (or it might have been a sketch, I don't quite remember!) but I didn't have this scanned till just recently.

Oh god I don't know HOW to color feathers!? I love drawing them but coloring them is like a whole new world of pain. Fur on the other hand is so much more easy xD
