Turbine tail!...That could be called a legendary battle, huh?
Anyway, heeeere are two new (rushed drawn) legendary pokémon of 5th generation. Reshiram (white) and Zekrom (black)... Can I say they're epic.
(And can I also say they really really remind me about something previous and even a couple of digimon inclided... |D But anyways, especially Reshiram's face is lovely.)
And by the way, Reshiram covers Pokémon Black -game and Zekrom Pokémon White. I dunno why but that's how it goes.
Liner, colour pencils, copics (all rushed...).
Bad thing is I like these two and I have nasty feeling they'll get a way too much popularity for my taste...mehhh. But they're epic.

A lot of the newer legendaries scream Digimon. Even like Palika, Dialga, Arceus, and Girtina reminded me of Digimon. :/

Haha yeah I think you are right on that whole planning thing. Granted the rule 34 I've seen of Reshiram makes me incapable of looking at it in a more "normal" perspective

Is it even possible to call legendaries 'legendaries' anymore? I mean 5 generations of pokemon and easily over 20 (I don't know how many there are anymore) legendaries?
I would just call them mythical these days cause legendary just doesn't have the same ring to it like it used to in the older series.
Don't get me wrong, I like the designs here, very nice and the colours too to match up with respective game colours. But Nintendo just seems to be milking this for a lot more than I would care to know about these days.
The games have promise I'm sure for newcomers to the series and some Pokemon Vets. But for some Vets Pokemon just has lost its charm and spark.
Most likely will result in more anime stuff and such as well. But I'll just see how things go, maybe buy it, but for now I have my doubts.

I thing legendary refers species rarity rather than species amount...but who knows anymore, many legendaries are seem more than one individual. ... Oh well. Half of them are pretty neat, another half could be cut off for good.
Mythical. Just to say, they have a dragon type. ... In that logic they could take aaany other mythical animal and make it a type. Mythical type would have fit much better (and that would have avoided some inside jokes about a hamster type, a mushroom type and a pineapple type...)

Well rarity yes, but I dunno, I suppose more in the sense of type yes. I mean just in the sense that while there are only 1 of each (Gameshark is another story)there there are too many in this group called 'legendaries'
I suppose for me its just a lack of originality these days, there are only so many pokemon you can make before it gets unoriginal if they have to start making them look like others.

if you look closely i'd say that Zekroms under belly looks like palkia's, same with the wings and shoulders. Zekrom also has Darkrai's head thingie (you know the hair cloud thing). Reshiram has traces of Lugia, Arceus, palkia and Darkrai.

Anyway, here's my prediction;
Pokemon Black is set in a darkened era from the get-go and the game plays out with more than just Pokemon Battles.
The Player would in turn need Reshiram to free the world.
Whereas with Pokemon White, things go the opposite. Everything is all Peaceful until the evil lord Pokemon, Zekrom appears. etc etc etc

Every 5.Generation haters should be silent now because those two are pretty <3 Water starter was strange but everything else seems to be good. (And I don´t care about small starters tooo much. If last evolution of Water is great I could try to ignore first step xP")

Renamon has a female chest, Lucario wears trouser… Those people ALWAYS take fur how they want because they just CAN´T think of anything else because they seem to NEED those absolutely ridiculous imaginations. And even when Pokémon have genders I don´t see the sense in those porn things. Okay. It might be that people need those things. But I got some heavy dislike against artists who can´t draw ANYTHING else expect “ZOMG so hot Anthros!” (Besides: isn´t it a BIT boring to draw four years there SAME things?) And then… that “humor.” Yes. Person X comes there and TRY to amuse me with one of those “And then they have to change place and she has to do everything he wants and that just because she lot the bet! Just imagine she has to blablabla”-talkings. No. I don’t understand WHAT is funny about it. I can´t. Perverted things are awesome… sure sure. I see: Humor-tastes are awful different sometimes…
Perverted jokes in reality work too... at least sometimes (decently please. As soon as someone uses heavy German vulgar language just by fun that person won´t get my attention ever again.) But as soon as things take actions it is NOT funny anymore. If a lion tells the rabbit “Now be silent or I´ll eat you” it might be funny in one or two moments. As soon as he REALLY does that it is not because mouse has to die or will be at least terrible hurt. Same for those +18 things. Tell it – no problem. Do it and it´s not funny anymore. So I don’t know why others don’t see the same difference between jokes and actions when we are talking about parodies.
Pft. I´m already sick of those Reshiram-porn pictures which are SUPPOSED to be funny. “Omg. It has a fur dick!” No not funny guys. Sorry. And that new water starter get´s raped by fur spikes is not funny either...

I think I got your point. I've seen (of course, nobody can't avoid them) much absolutely boring humor which makes most of people snicker but my own reaction is rolling eyes or facepalm or just really dry not-amused "hah".
I think my sense of humor is a bit hard - I mean, I don't use straight jokes but humor is based that thing the reader must imagine what would/could happen / has happened, maybe, perhaps, weird speculations. Everybody who like my parodies (and even understand them) must have that same quality sense of humor. And our quality sense doesn't want cheap straight action. xp

No matter how awesome Lucario and Zoark are – I can´t take them serious anymore. Same counts for Renamon. I dislike those monsters already because they are over loved. And then even that Poképorn strikes…
Besides I have a heavy dislike against Furry-Fandom. Thanks to those freaks all creature artists and people who´d like to make a “Fursuit” (creature Cosplay) by them own, are rated at perverted animal-sex-fans…
I just hope they don´t like pretty Fur legendary too much. I´m tired of those pictures.

If I buy one of the new pokemon games (when they are out) then I want the one with Zekrom <33
(You'll never know, maybe Zekrom ist the cover of the white one, but in the end it is in the black one.. >> )
