Music Portfolio for my friend.Tell me what you think.
EDIT: Added the artist to the page. We took a bunch of shots, and will randomly display a different shot / pose as you view the site.

I like the colors and the theme fits perfectly but i think there is too much negative space around the text field.. perhaps you could fill up the space with something or try a different position with the field

i think that the focus of the website should be the main or the biggest feature, i dont have any suggestions for where you could put the text field but i do know that when looking at the layout its difficult to see what the goal is... the theme and the little bits of graphics are awesome but there is just something missing that i cant quite put my finger on!
i guess you have to sit down and write down the goals of the project and then design something based around those goals... if your successful the site will look perfect, if not, keep trying!

Very nice design, love the colours. The purple really comes out well. Though the shape of the website&buttons, its kinda.. no offense, well lets say you can do better. Standard buttons, you know. Play with it for a while and maybe u know what i mean
