I used the trade pic I did for her for the tutorial. Figured it fits.
Also, I suck at poses and anatomy, I actually had to use an older pic of mine as a reference.
Anyway, this is part 1. Part 2 will follow soon.
If you have still questions, just ask.
Also here are some maybe useful tutorials from me since this one isn't really a beginners tutorial:
A basics tutorial since I didn't explain much in here (you can consider it being for beginners): Part 1- [link]
Part 2- [link]
A tutorial on how I do eyes in gradient-shading style: Part 1- [link]
Part 2- [link]
Here you can find more tutorials from me (there are some older tutorials too, but they are maybe useful for someone): [link]
And please ignore my spelling errors. I tend to forget to reread for mistakes and later I am way to lazy to fix it.

I'm definitely filing this into my "tutorials-to-try" pile. This seems so much simpler to execute than my current method of starting with two distinct colors and fiddling with opacity and middle-ground colors until I can get a nice, even blend between the two original colors. Thanks!

Sure, go ahead. It might not be the best way to make some nice gradient-shading but it works for me (after like trying four different ways before).
Althoug I must I sometimes go a little overboard with my color choices.
