Finally the concept hyenas, I may do one more for the audio hyenas (AKA Fisi and Asante), but these two lads are; Banagi, and Baasho. They get those stupid paler tail TLG Hyenas got, I imagine that's a trait from their Clan (Jasiri's Clan gets the trait of colored irsis I guess).

Banagi is the father of Janja with Shenzi (and who knows maybe some other cubs too), and he's perhaps the son of a Matriarch, or not. He could've lied to her and the Clan, but he had Baasho, his good pal Baasho to back him up. They're from the same Clan, so it's possible they're related, but it could be very distant or they're not related at all. Either way, Baasho is loyal to Banagi, and follows his orders. Except for one case in which Baasho refused to listen to Banagi, and gave him the notch in his ear.

I imagine they're moreso in command of making the lionesses mind the Clan, while it is Shenzi in charge, Banagi keeps a group of hyena as the 'wardens' to the Lionesses, and the Pride. Make sure they stay in check, Baasho just follows him, but he does try to keep the peace and try to... keep a somewhat neutral relationship with the lionesses (he tosses it to the wind should Banagi give him an order).

Baasho does have cubs... but he's not allowed near em, just something that happens sometimes Hyena mothers won't let the fathers near the cubs sometimes, so he has no involvement with them. So he adopts (coughcoughstealscough) a wolf pup before it's devoured alongside it's parents and siblings and raises her as his own child. Which doesn't get him much in the end with the Clan, who seemed more eager to kill her, and him for disobeying orders. The first orders he ever disobeyed.

The two do survive in the end, separated from the Clan, and end up following Fisi to the mountains, where they settle down somewhere near Malka's pride. Banagi fights for control with Fisi, and Baasho just goes with whatever his friend says (though he truly doesn't care). However, the difference this time, is that they're going to try and not piss of the lions of the land, and if that in the end involves Banagi having to die, then perhaps that's for the best and Baasho will have to get over it. Either way, they're not risking this small ragtag Clan moving again.

I tried to make these two, hairier then the other dude hyenas? Cause they're higher ranking; Banagi is the mate to Shenzi the Matriarch, and Baasho is his pal and probably second in command. So Baasho probably has spent time with the other lackeys of Shenzi (Banzai, Ed, Kamari, Azizi), whether he gets along with them, who knows. He probably finds them incompetant, at least he managed to tear the tail off a cub, what have they done? Gotta be honest, Baasho is probably my favorite of the seven, but that doesn't mean he's a good hyena either.

I'm sure they had ideas of who would voice who, if not then maybe one of em can be the OG voice actor for Shenzi (who was a guy I think).

**Edit to add little facts for these guys

Banagi

* Mate to Shenzi, father to Janja

* He is from the same clan as Baasho (I want to say they were maybe a part of a Kingdom? Not ran by lions or hyenas though, undecided what ruled this territory)

* He is just a few weeks older, and took his friend underneath his "wing" (they could be possibly related, but if they are it's super distant probably).

* His siblings were killed by a rogue lion, which leads to him hating them immensely.

* He lies to Shenzi's Clan and says he's the son of the matriarch

* Does make things worse between the Hyena Clan and the Lion Pride (at the time they were still living in the Pridelands, in relatively tense peace). Him and Shenzi bring out the worse in one another

* They also may possibly despise one another

* When they're in the Pridelands once more, he's in charge of keeping the lionesses in line (Shenzi's in charge of guarding the borders/the rest of the Clan).

* Got his ear notch from Baasho

* After the fall of Scar, he and some other hyenas made their way out towards Malka's Pride (which is the same kingdom ran by the Gorillas, Malka is a Lady, not a Queen I've decided recently). No one can decide whether to follow him, or Fisi.

* Due to the fact Asante is the only gal in the Clan (her mother died not long after they moved due to complications during birth), he does try to 'mentor' her, since more then likely she will eventually be the Matriarch of the Clan (only girl, daughter of a relative of Shenzi, won't leave once she reaches a certain age, etc.). This is mostly to control the Clan further.

* It works in some way, as he manages to turn Asante against her father, Fisi.

* He will probably be executed eventually (coughalongwithFisicough), cause he is rather power hungry, and would try to find anyway to get to it.

Baasho

* He is the son of the matriarch from his and Banagi's Clan

* He was traumatized as a cub, the events lead to him largely mistrusting lions

* Despite this, he still didn't maliciously want to mess with lion. Despite this, he'd follow Banagi, and if Banagi said mess with the lions, he was messing with them.

* He let Banagi lie and trick Shenzi's Clan.

* Even if he decided to tell anyone that he was instead the son of the matriarch, no one would believe him (and presumably would treat him similarly to how they treat Fisi).

* He has two daughters with a relative of Shenzi (he isn't allowed near them), which he ends up rescuing/stealing a wolf pup from a family before they are slaughtered. He raises her

* He does try to keep the peace, and even turned a head sometimes should something happened

* After adopting his wolf daughter, Kuiba, he is very much a pariah, and has to work to not only keep her alive, but himself after that. Which him and Banagi get into a fight due to this, which leads to the two friends temporarily falling out.

* Baasho does follow Banagi to the mountain Kingdom, unaware of where his daughters are, and very much messed up again

* Should Banagi be executed, Baasho will be the one to do it, and I presume he will take over the Clan until someone else takes the mantle (probably Asante).

* He would work to make the Clan a permanent resident of the mountain Kingdom, and will probably succeed since he's mostly focused on how to keep peace rather getting power.
