Disclaimer: The following statement is an opinion based on my own observation and research. If you are easily offended or dislike anyone's opinion, please turn back now. Flaming and trolls will not be tolerated and will be blocked. Polite debate is welcome.Just what is says. Are there exceptions to this rule? Yes. But as a whole, there are no bad dogs unless you train it to be bad. No breed is evil either. Pitbulls are not evil, nor are German Shepard or Staffies. That is all.

Technically not true. Every dog has their own personality, just like every human has their own personality. A very good person could do nothing wrong and still have a 'bad' dog, simply because that is that dogs personality. A more accurate slogan thingy would be not to breed shame, or to judge a dog by its actions, not what it looks like.
No dog is really evil, they all have unique personalities and, more often than not, events in their lives that have caused their behavior. Again, it's more accurate to say that you shouldn't judge a dog by it's breed.
As for bad owners? There are tons of them. Many people don't deserve dogs, but unfortunately a general lack of care among communities means bad people can mistreat as many animals as they want/can get away with with minimal consequences.
