He can make his rough skin have a more stonelike quality, which desaturates his color scheme, as seen here . Will add more info later.Like my wraith, Syrax , this one is also, to a lesser extent, based on a Legacy of Kain character, Kain. (I've been replaying that series lately; my favorite of all time)
