Description
Just another character before bed. Image is kinda messy, but I just don't have the time to make it cleaner. Simply colored the pencil sketch and added some things. I will be trying to get more of my characters colored, but they will probably be more like this. Anyway, I really like how this one turned out! One of my more developed ones, I think. Watching too much Heroes and Batman Beyond, I think XD

Fighting Styles and Battle Abilities:
He relies on his radioactive abilities and irradiated physical attacks. The light-green sections of his body glow naturally, but more so whenever he uses his powers. His body produces a type of volatile chemical, which he can use to create shockwaves and bursts of radioactive energy. He can focus them into his hands, feet, and tail to unleash deadly irradiated blows, or he can fire energy attacks, instead. One if his stronger blast attacks has him unleashing a radioactive "bomb" from his hands, detonating on impact. A last-resort-but-intensively-destructive attack that he can use is a nuclear blast that generates from his body, affecting a large area. However, this will drain most of his power until he can recover and generate more, leaving him exposed and defenseless. Zedriak can also emit an electromagnetic pulse that can disrupt electrical devices in the vicinity, as well as produce a low-level high-intensity light. His natural emissions can cause things around him to wither, decay, and disintegrate, especially plant life.

He does not breath the typical "fire" that a dragon would; his is a toxic neon-green energy blast that gives off extremely high levels of radiation that can poison and burn the target. His hair appears almost as if it is a blue fire, always moving down the back of his body, but is actually some of his excess power "burning" off. He can lower the level of radiation that he emits by burning more of it off, though there is no way for him to completely negate it. The bands around his ankles and wrists act as mini reactors that can amplify, focus, and direct his powers. The four claws on his tail are very prehensile. Besides use in attacks, they can latch and grapple things, as well as hold.

Due to the nature of his attacks, he does not care much for pinpoint accuracy, resulting in very high collateral and splash damage. (He prefers somewhat-messy attacks that can do as much damage to an area as possible, foregoing accuracy.) Zedriak will also use his powers in ways that inflict recoil injuries to himself, though he prefers to keep these as a way to wrap up an encounter. He has a high internal capacity, so he does not often worry about draining himself and has a relatively high regeneration rate (for both injuries and stored power.)

Zedriak is unlearned in the ways of magic and and cannot use it. He is very agile in the air, but is quite slow on the ground. He tends to keep in the air if he can. Whenever he is forced onto the ground, he will attempt to close the gap between himself and the target. He favors close combat, as it requires less energy, but often uses a combination of physical claw attacks and energy bursts. It is unwise to get too close to him during an encounter, as it will result in radiation damage and savage wounds. Zedriak is as likely to cause damage to his allies as well as enemies. Lengthy exposure to him and his powers results in radiation poisoning and even cancerous growths.

Personality:
Since Zedriak's powers force him into seclusion, he has grown to prefer solitude. However, his time away from others has made him bitter, cynical, and pessimistic. He always believes that, no matter what, everything will end up in the worst possible scenario. He tends to keep any conversation to a minimum. He spends a lot of him time flying around and exploring and does not keep to one place for too long, as it makes it too easy to track and find him. He enjoys discovering new locations and will map them out mentally. He has a strong mental capacity for recalling information and images, having an eidetic memory. He likes to roost in craggy and mountainous regions and to stay as far away from other living beings as possible. He hates being around wildlife and vegetation, as it causes them to wither and die. Despite his destructive powers, he feels remorse for killing innocent creatures. Though he makes do with his radioactive nature, he will often consider it a curse.
