I've made several new characters that I haven't uploaded yet, this one being the newest. I'll try to get the others up eventually. I don't have all of his info figured out yet. I thought maybe this would get me back into the mood to do art again.

For clarification, he has 3 tail "feathers" splaying out like a horizontal fan (I just did them meh here.)

Abilities:
He has the ability to locate almost anything, simply by thinking about it. He can concentrate his thoughts on an item, an individual, or a place to make its whereabouts known. This gift is linked to the third "eye" he has on his forehead, which he obscures with a headband. He can use this to see other places and to "spy" on people.

Fighting Styles and Battle Abilities:
Ixin is extremely athletic and relies on this for any encounter. He prefers "hit-and-run" tactics and attacks, utilizing his maneuverability to evade blows and to land quick shots when he sees an opening. His preferred weapons are bolas and a pair of hand-made nunchucks, and he is an expert in martial arts.

Background:
Ixin is a vagabond, preferring to live on the open road and for the thrill of the unknown. He is a very experienced urban explorer, thoroughly enjoying traversing through abandoned areas and facilities. He has a strong aversion to the law, and does his best to stay under the radar. Though he does not have a permanent residence, he often stops by a certain boxcar cabin that he put together a while back; he takes refuge here between his ventures. Due to his infrequent visits, other drifters sometimes "borrow" this place for a bit. Occasionally, he'll return to someone else residing in it, though he doesn't really mind and enjoys the company. Ixin loves delving into old mines, caves, and other areas far from any sort of civilization. He's somewhat of a hoarder, taking all manner of things he finds in his travels.
