Here's a rider I'm fairly excited to show. Kamen Rider Chaser is the second rider persona of Chase from Kamen Rider Drive, the first being Proto-Drive.

Chaser's design is a tough one to make a judgment call on. I like it, but compared to Drive and Mach, it seems lacking. Which is kinda funny considering his evil form, Machine Chaser, is hella detailed and complex. But this rider form is cool. The few asymmetrical aspects of his design are a cool choice and makes good sense, seeing how Drive's riders/forms are all asymmetrical. I also really like his helmet, it might be my favorite helmet from Drive. I also like that his mechanical 'skull n bones' symbol was incorporated, albeit only on his shoulder.

Now about his color scheme. Not too much a fan of that. The violet lines are cool, but it would've been nice to have more in the design. And the dark grayish-bronze accent color isn't too appealing to me. The suit's main silverish-blue color is pretty unique and all, but I don't see what that brings to the design that regular ol' silver wouldn't have done. The orange eyes are the best part though, those contrast very nicely.
And the belt still being blue is super lame. Too many colors.

His weapons are the Break Gunner, which he had as Machine Chaser, and the Shingou Axe.
