The twin spirits of death watched Pyke from the shadows.
The world watched him drown - but the deeper he sank, the less he died.
Pyke stalked dank alleys and backways of the Blood Harbor - he was a wraith that brought a swift and gruesome end to anyone he found guilty. Pyke was a monster that would watch the whole world sink had the Kindred not stepped in.

"Life isn't always fair, but I think his end was too soon" The lamb said to the wolf, "just this once, we'll give him a second chance."

Death's arrow flew out from darkness and struck the ripper. Just as quickly the arrow began shimmering and fading into light. Before Pyke could turn and face his attackers he dropped to his knees as an overwhelming force churned within him. He started coughing up the salt water that filled his veins - his mind was racing. His body felt cold and weak, swimming in his own clothes as he struggled to regain balance.

When the ripper got back to her feet she felt scared and confused. What was she doing alone this late into the night?
Where was she?
Who was she?

The lost girl began running back towards the lights of the city, hopeful she could find a welcoming place to dry off and warm up. She felt like she’d just woken up washed against the coast.
