The hero stepped out of the shrine feeling a little confused.

Despite all warnings that the trial was never meant for the hero, and that it been sealed away for a reason Link couldn’t resist - if she wanted to seal away the darkness she’d have to be as prepared as possible.

Though she couldn’t quite remember much of anything that happened in the trial below. A bright light, a feeling of bliss, and the next thing she knew she was stepping out of the trial door back into the world again.

“Oh well” the hero thought as she giggled, “I’m sure there’s like totally way more fun places to be than the middle of these yucky woods”

She paused to adjust her skirt and fix her hair before happily skipping to the nearest village. All previous thoughts and duties slipping from her head - eager to make new friends.
