Ariados is about to make a snack out of pikachu!I apologize to those who really like pikachu, but I figured pikachu is universally recognizable and you can tell what it is by just the ears and tail.
This is the second background this picture had, the first being a bad spiderweb that I rushed because I wanted to submit it. Thankfully I decided to redo it, because I know I would be very upset with myself if I had left it.

Pikachu's sorta alright, even on the cute factor.
But this is very good, even predatory bugs need to eat. Ariados probably is a predator. How else could pokemon survive in the wild. And strict carnivores are no exception.
Ariados was part of my squad in the PC emulator of Gold & Silver, long ago.
So in Layman's terms "Chuu him up and spit him out."

Ariados is cool. (even if I don't like spiders that well) And I feel sorry for Pikachu...But it's still a great picture. Keep up the good work.

that makes two of us. Even though I'm a severe arachnophobe, I can tolerate Sinarak, Ariados, and Yu-Gi-Oh!'s Launcher Spider, and Spiderman and Venom if they count. Still, why does everyone here seem to hate Pikachu?

Maybe because there's too much focus on Pikachu? That's why a friend of mine hates it, anyway. So many Pokemon, and yet so much attention goes to Pikachu and not to everyone else.

Well, I guess that's the drawback of being a franchise's mascot. But you can't deny that Pikachu's a decent battler. The lv 100 Pikachu that I raised from a Lv 1 Pichu beat my friend's lv 100 Charizard that he raised from a lv 5 Charmander with one Thunder attack(although it should be noted, Charizard was using fly at the time)

*nods* yep. And good work on raising your Pikachu to level 100. (I'm still working on it in the newer games, though I used to have 7 level 100s on two of my old games.)

*wishes she had a pet tarantula, but knows for now she must be content with her adorable-cutie giant African millipede* Personally I adore Ariados because it qualifies as one of my favored poison pokΓ©mon, along with the fact that I find spiders to be rather nifty. And while I know I probably ought to feel sorry for the unfortunate 'chu in question I... erm, really don't.

For some reason I hardly ever look at pokemon's sizes when I'm looking in the 'dex. Ariados is HUGE compared to pikachu! I would never want to go ariados-hunting alone in a dark forest.
I hate most insects (praying mantis are pretty cool), but I do like spiders. We have wild tarantulas here, and it's pretty cool to see them sauntering around the porch eating our crickets. Sadly, there's a lot of housing development going on and the tarantulas are disappearing.

i know that's a huge freakin pokemon!!! the 1st time i saw it ON MY GB ADVANCE mind you i got freaked out, i didnt know what the heck it was! im so embarassed! it's one freaky pokemon! id hat hunting 4 it too! id settle 4 a butterfree anytime!
yeah i just hate all insects that bother me. i dont mind lady bugs or butterflies SOMETIMES, but usually i get all icked out when im about them or if they are humongous size like in the forest/mountains/.
i wouldnt want tarantuals walking around my backyard. id probably die, considering grasshoppers freak me out when they jump and a moth just shot near my head!
but too bad about them spidey anyways even if i odnt like them , they still need a home!
