Personal headcanon-Funfact: Living with the terrible puns of his brother for so long, Papyrus still 'barks' even though Sans is not actually making on. The idea of his brother being ABOUT to make a pun any moment in the poor skeleton's head alone is enough to tick him off. 
...But then again...Β Good question, Sans.
