Btw, the reason I found it was because I followed a link from Good-tutorials to GFXJunk . If the tutorial has been posted there without your permission, I think you should report it to Good-tutorials and ask them to remove the link. You could also try to ask GFXJunk to remove the tutorial, although I don't think they'll do it if it has actually been ripped as art-thieves tend to be rather difficult to deal with.
