You got to love it- I like the organic shapes of those alien buildings/suits/bugs. The sky has a pretty weird colour, perhaps the air is full of alien spores/micro-organisms..?

It is not so common to see a story where Alien occupation takes place. Its often complete human annihilation or everyone fights back and the aliens get kicked out before they can do jack.
Yet something like this is a bit more frightening. What kind of abuses would we suffer from these beings? How would it be to live in a society ruled by an entirely different species? Would we be better off alone or with them??
The concept reminds me of course of Half life 2.
The artwork is amazing nonetheless. The lighting and the entire atmosphere feel so lively and real, or I guess "surreal" would be a more appropriate word.
a dumb question though: if this is a regular transited street in manhattan, where are the traffic lights?

There not slaves they live freely but ofcourse under the rules of the occupied Alien/human government. You should check out the book when it comes out lots of surprises and twist not your average "Alien invasion" story
