The bat ain't Rouge, it's Zouge. From the zone cop universe. And I hate how she turned out but here's some info on her;sonic.wikia.com/wiki/Zouge_the… I just really wanted to draw an intimidating piece of .EXE that wasn't too bloody but just showed off his oddly cute but very creepy nature. The idea behind it was .EXE skipping between zones, zone cops capture him (hence the collar, which actually goes on all inmates of the zone prison), the collar is meant to syphon his powers. Eh, doesn't make him any less deadly. Basically, he doesn't like therapy. That's it. Just having some fun and getting some of the horror loving side of me out of me so I can move on to less bloody things. XD

P.S. WHY AREN'T THERE ANY FAN ARTS OF ZOUGE? Or have I missed them? Because I like her. XD
