I also wonder on who are the other victims or does this Jigglypuff have a trainer who is looking for Jigglypuff since it's only created for comedy in the Anime. Yesterday or two days ago, I watch the latest Pokemon Anime and it got me curious on solo Pokemon's who's probably in a journey or staying in one place, aka the ones who acts more like "I'm better alone" or "I will never be accepted if I'm weaker than my kind" and stuff.
Despite Jigglypuff doesn't have such attitude.
