Alright, so the spy problems of my first 2 picks can get pretty insane. But that's why my 3rd pic is so good. Spies F34R Pyros!! Anyone can shoot a spy, and a good spy can shrug it off. But a Pyro light's their butts on fire, and that makes then stand out for EVERONE to see. Pyro's get a bad rap for being a short ranged "spray" weapon like that, taking less precision, but a good Pyro played well is a thing of beauty.- Polecat

Lessons learned - Doing that head really was harder then I expected. But feminizing the outfit was far simpler. I extended the gloves and boots for a more feminine look (No I didn't feel the boobs were enough!!)

Or they're just a really good spy. As an old TF2 player, it does sometimes happen, someone is just straight up a better player.

Highly likely, though they've been dropping hints-in the 2Fort level's start rooms, in one of the cubbys there's a purse with a flower on it. You can see the gender of all the other members of the team. You can also HEAR all the other members clearly.

Ah, i see the "Pyro might be a woman" discusion has already been brought up. From waht i understand, itΒ΄s based mostly on the PyroΒ΄s locker from one of the maps containing a ladyΒ΄s purse or something.
That being said, i think they should change the graphics to something more similar to yours.

I personally agree, but that would require changing the shape of the character, which I wager is something they're avoiding. But I have seen modders that have released some female TF2 types. I've just opted not to mod mt TF2 at this point (and some of them are butt ugly or just nude).

Lately i discovered some nice ways to use the pyro, equipping the backburner and acting like a "spy", taking different paths from the teammates to surprise the enemyes from behind.
Jokes apart, now i wonder if Pyro IS REALLY a whoman as the spy says o.o

Some people believe the Pyro is. personally I think the bodyshape means if Pyro is, she's one homely woman. As for the Pyro, I've actually stopped using the Back-burner now. The back-blast is just too dang useful and I want to learn to use it better.

Actually, most fireproof suits are designed to stay as far away from the body as possible while not inhibiting movement; IRL the only way you can actually tell the gender fot he erson in one that fits right is through the faceplate of the head.

I took plenty of firefighting courses in the Navy. While bulky, they would also reflect the bodyshape (in general terms) of the wearer. Which means the Pyro is a bit heavy around the middle....

True, but you have to remember that this is a cartoony game by design, as well as the suit in this case being made of stiff material and supposedly storing various equipment inside it.

Also I will note something simple. The Pyro wears rubber. You NEVER wear rubber when using/fighting fires. Why? IT MELTS!! Yeah, that's a big no-no, so the Pyro is hardly wearing "proper" gear anyway.

True. Not very smart, but it IS a cartoony game. My personal favorite thing to do while a pyro is similar to a soldier's rocket jump. In fact, it's a variation fo that technique. Soldier fires at my feet, I jump forewards, I become a flaming missile. It's hilarios what happens while Snipers try to figure out what to do with me...
