I thought it was cute how Neku starts head-banging when you leave him standing around. I have to say, working on this animation, I've enjoyed having him rock out to some unconventional musical choices. Like bagpipes.Also, a hypothetical cookie to anyone who can figure out what the graffiti in the background says. (Yes, it's more or less illegible; I've never claimed to be any good at graffiti.) It is something from the game.
Critique always welcome. Particularly suggestions for improving the dialog.

You using Actionscript 2.0 or 3.0? Because making a button requires one command in 2.0, and a small paragraph's worth of code in 3.0. You should be able to find some tutorials with good explainations on how to do that sort of thing online...

The animation is great. good expressions, nice timing. It's been a while since I learned flash, and even that was only 3 lessons' worth in class, so bah, I really have no idea how to make one of these myself. But I love playing around with them though. I really enjoyed this : ) But I am not sure if I know these characters. You say they are from Kingdom Hearts?

Shiki and Neku. It's the new Kingdom Hearts for the DS, The World Ends With You. Didn't have enough characters to put that in the title, though, and "TWEwY" just looks silly. But it's a really snazzy game; makes me want to give their design team a hug.
