It's a stereotype that the swiss are very rich, so when germany wants to make a deposit of 2 million euro, which is a large amount in its opinion.
Germany whispers so no robber or thief hears that it has so much money, switzerland on the other hand thinks that germany whispers
because it's embarassed by the small amount of money.
