OMG I DID ART! AND ITS DISTRICT 9! WHATT?!?!

Haha, idk, i just felt like a prawn needed to be drawn, and I realized I had never released my [favorite] secret D9 OC. I have Everett, whose concept and design I lurve, but his personality (though I do know it) has never gelled with me like Hoover's has. The moment I drew Hoover ~3 years ago, he was just BAM! In my face personality! Not that that is his personality, just that it was super obvious.

So after all these years, here is dear Hoover, finally freed into the world. Be safe, my dear one, for the world is harsh and cruel, and takes not kindly to oblivious souls like yourself. *sigh*

Well you MIGGHTT see more of him, but I'm not sure when I'll next have a prawn spring forth from my fingertips.

I just wanted to add that in the personality section where it says he is good at inductive/deductive reasoning, I want to clarify that this is always accidental. Whenever he actually does something helpful or intelligent, it is usually a product of his off-the-wall musings out loud. I think of him as having a very small Sherlock Holmes in his subconscious that notices and draws conclusions from very minute and unassuming observations. This is what makes him very intuitive about a situation, but despite that latent gift, he is so bumbling and ridiculous, he makes a fool of himself nonetheless.
His usefulness appears in tight situations when all reasonable possibilities seem utterly exhausted; this is when Hoover would make some unintended helpful remark, which is always tries to play off as intentional in retrospect.

For some reason, when I pictured him if he were played by a human actor, he is inescapably Rupert Everett. >.<
