Wow that actually really good. I used to be into wood burning and carving but it was one of many passions I had that fell to not having time anymore.
I am curious, but do you like do a rough draft of the image on the wood in pencil first then do the etching/burning over the pencil or do you do it all by scratch with the etching?

Yeah, I do a rough sketch on the wood first. There's nothing worse that just getting ready to finish up a piece, only to realize mistakes that really stand out. Actually, on the One Piece logo box, if you magnify it, you can still see some of the pencil marks.
