No worries. The girl staring the fish is Delirium, the big head belongs to Dream, the small man walking away from the viewer in Dreams head is Destruction, the man with the book is Destiny, the woman in the middle is Death, naked woman in left is Despair and androgyne looking person with necktie is Desire. Hope that sorts things out

Loving the composition of this piece. All the endless look great arranged this way with the nice Delirium butterflies dividing them in an artistic way. Sure beats the usual police line up folk draw multiple characters in-Very lovely
