Aw, thank you so, so much, Cera She was one of the last few OC's I had trouble finalising a design, but I like her design now too (also because of the reds ).

Haha, after a long wait, I finally managed to release one of Hitomi-chan's friends as promised Just hope I could continue with and complete the rest of them soon, just like Jay and his five sugar drops girls (Mines won't all be girls though; Three girls and two boys )

Oh gosh, thank you so much for your kind words; I was a little worried that the posture was risky and tomboyish (first time I've tried expressing/drawing this active type of posture)

Haha, yeah; I was supposed to think of fictitious brands/characters within the series' universe, but decided to reference its own characters by making a Neko-chan phone charm

Ah, well Hitomi-chan isn't necessarily high or frequent on the gossip type (she respects confidentiality and believes some gossips tend to be overdramatised), however, sometimes the information she receives from others could be important to know, especially with her role as Class President and 'series main protagonist' The fact that Izumi exchanges gossip with friends is just a natural part of her character and she attempts to bulldoze these news to others, even if they aren't interested or don't really want to know

ah, I just got it! I've had this nagging feeling that Hirtoi-chan reminds me of another character. She reminds me of Adachi Hana of Yankee-kun to Megane-chan. Have you heard of it?

I haven't heard of the series, but after looking it up, I can sort of agree partially with it True that Hitomi-chan aims to take full responsibility of her Class President and Main Protagonist role, but I guess the difference is that her politeness and helping others out is just natural, as opposed to being related to a past incident/trauma.

yes indeed. The way they carry themselves, I think is really what reminded me. However. Hitomi-chan is very polite and I'd say shy. Adachi on the other hand is NOT very polite at all, and quite brash. I wouldn't call her shy either. >.<

I actually may have used a little too much red in her design here than originally planned, but I'm glad it works

Why of course; Wouldn't be much excitement if there's no rival counterpart

Funny you ask this, because several years ago when I drafted this series, Izumi herself was originally going to be casted as the rival/foil to Hitomi-chan However, I eventually decided that Hitomi-chan needed her as a good (if not occasionally irresponsible and wild) friend in favour of someone else to be her rival... (and it just so happens that this 'rival' will be featured as one of the main five )

I will eventually get the rest of them done with time, but to give you a hint of the rival, look out for the one called Shinichi Shiroyama in future (hopefully, his 'rival' design will be so blatantly obvious as intended)

And he wears glasses. And has a white pet. And aims to be the 'main character.' And is quite possibly going to end up as a dislikeable jerk, depending on how well I can depict him in the same Vector Art style I've been using
