This is easily the scariest (and best) depiction of Cthulhu I've ever seen. The teeth really make it stand out from most depictions of him and you really get the "Dragon" sense Lovecraft mentioned. Seriously this is my favorite, now if I could only find the actual game...

Okay, you do know that he was only 100 feet tall right? I mean that is pretty big, but this is colossal.

Actually, as far as I know, his size isn't mentioned per se in the original story. I heard everything form 100 feet to a mile high. He's a god, after all.

ahh Ok. Myself, I don't take AD&D to be the bible for anything Lovecraftian. It may be so in the D&D universe, but that doesn't necessarily apply in the Cthulhu Mythos universe that HPL intended.
It would be like if D&D told you what a hobbit was...Oh wait

I recently saw the box cover for the Call of Cthulhu LCG core set that bears your awesome art, and that was almost reason enough in and of itself for me to covet the item. (I mean, sure, I want the cards, too.)

I played it. It's not bad and good for 2 players who are fans of HPL, but I think you need to like games like MTG or card games of the genre to be able to enjoy it completely.

I have it. I played it only a couple of times, but yes, I think it's good actually. It's only a 2 players game. If you're a die-hard Lovecraft fan, like I am, then it's actually pretty good, I think. If you're not, then it's still a good game, but maybe the appeal won't be as dramatic. If this was just a normal game without the "cthulhu" aspect, I might not be drawn to it as much either. I do like the mechanics, personally.
