The Golgari are a guild in the plane of Ravnica. They're signature colors are green and black, which is also the mana required to use their associated cards.
But now that I look at this again, I think it might be for some other block, Zendikar or the 11th Edition, I guess.

WOW, i've been playing Magic for a long time and have never seen the original drawing for Grozoth. Dear god why did they make such an amazing peice of art such a crappy creature?!?! I curse Wizards of the Coast for having such a great drawing made into a 50 cent rare.
