That's rather odd. For plugins, that's where you usually place them. o:
In the off chance that a read.me was included, sometimes they include specific instructions on how to install the plugins.
Do you know what version of .Pmx editor you are using? Sometimes, the version you are using can affect how plugins work.

Have you tried it with .Pmx editor? I think that it only works with .Pmx editor. ):

polerones In reply to Tehrainbowllama [2015-01-05 04:25:18 +0000 UTC]
by ".pmx editor" you mean another version that is different from "pmx editor" or...?
I tried with pmxe ver 0.2.2.0, but the plugin refuses to load.
I get an error like this:
prntscr.com/5onq93

Tehrainbowllama In reply to polerones [2015-01-05 05:03:09 +0000 UTC]
I just meant that if you used it with ".Pmx editor" it would be compatible, as opposed to .Pmd editor, because the plugin does not work with .Pmd editor.
Hmm... I think that the problem might just be the version of .Pmx editor you are using. I use .pmx editor ver. 0.1.3.9. and it works. I'm not too sure if it would work with ver. 0.2.2.0., though.

Uh-oh.
Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I already solved the problem. I had to unlock the .rar file of the plugin.

I have my pc on the japanese locale and everything.
I tried the weight transfer on both pmx and pmd or translated versions but it always gives me the same error when I load the .txt file to rig the part
something like: invalid entry characters
Do you know what might be going on? :/
π: 0 β©: 1
Tehrainbowllama In reply to Bella-Sousa [2014-12-16 21:46:07 +0000 UTC]
Oh, goodness. I've never encountered this issue before. Sadly, I don't exactly know what could be done to solve this.
Have you perhaps placed the program incorrectly?
π: 0 β©: 1
Bella-Sousa In reply to Tehrainbowllama [2014-12-17 14:32:13 +0000 UTC]
No, I placed it on the plugin folder :/
It only gives me that error when I want to load the txt file on the part I want to rig..

Tehrainbowllama In reply to Bella-Sousa [2014-12-18 00:21:47 +0000 UTC]
That's rather odd. Is the model you are working on high-poly?

Bella-Sousa In reply to Tehrainbowllama [2014-12-18 00:29:05 +0000 UTC]
Not really. I loaded one of your shirts into Aga's TDA Base to test the plugin :/
I hope you can help me, it makes me so sad not being able to use that godly plugin
I'm wondering if it's bc of the txt file but it doesnt give any error when saving it..

Tehrainbowllama In reply to Bella-Sousa [2014-12-18 01:00:49 +0000 UTC]
Maybe; perhaps it is an issue with saving the weighting .txt. I'm not sure. Sadly, I don't know what could be done to solve this. ):

Bella-Sousa In reply to Tehrainbowllama [2014-12-18 04:25:21 +0000 UTC]
I'll try again and if I can't.. would you please consider sending a .txt file of yours?
I'll do my best to make it work but if it doesn't work then I'll try to mimic the original's weighting :/

Can I have this file, too?
The plug in is not working for me either...
Whenever I want to load a previously saved file it's like the type of the file is wrong
I tried different things to fix this but it never worked

I think that you just leave it in the "_plugin" folder, and not in any of the subfolders. (:

I need help for the skirt plug.Β
My PMD doesn't have the option your's does on the plugins. Whenever I scroll over it, it has multiple options. I tried all of them but none of them look like what you pulled up. ;u;
π: 0 β©: 1
Tehrainbowllama In reply to MimiWillRuleTheWorld [2014-12-12 02:40:09 +0000 UTC]
I think that the plugin only works on .Pmx editor. Have you tried using that program?
π: 0 β©: 1
MimiWillRuleTheWorld In reply to Tehrainbowllama [2014-12-12 12:30:30 +0000 UTC]
No, the only plugin thingy it lets me do is the "Run plugin_DLL" but I have no clue what that is.
π: 0 β©: 1
Tehrainbowllama In reply to MimiWillRuleTheWorld [2014-12-13 02:17:59 +0000 UTC]
Hmm... well, I did download a lot of plugins that were not originally included in my .Pmx editor, so that may be it. If you set up the skirt plugin in .Pmx editor, I believe it should work.
