Description i originally wanted to make a funny pic, but i wanted to put the collar up for download... then i made the arm and feet frills! XD hope you guys enjoy! you may edit, but only distribute on finished model~

Oh, no. Do you happen to have Blender or Metasequoia, by chance? When it comes to .3DS files, I think that they can be exported into .x files, which can be opened easily in .Pmd Editor.
