This form is the one assumed by one Harry James Potter, acolyte to Haruto Souma who has become the "Black Wizard" in this alternate world. Fitting with the universe shift, Luna Lovegood is Harry's equivalent to Koyomi, and Harrry is actually able to mix elements. When i get the full idea in my head, I'll post up "Kamen Rider Wizard: FIRESTORM Style!
For now, please imagine the voice of George Takei as the chant goes off:

. . . Not to sound rude, because I REALLY don't want to, but I'm going to tell you something i've told a friend of mine since I started helping him with his things:
PLEASE DON'T RUSH ME.
I know you want to see this Rider given form, but nothing good will come of feeling rushed. If you want this done and done right, I will ask that you wait patiently; trying to figure out where everything should go and attempting to work in an action shot are not easy. Keep in mind, I'm used to working on standing images, and the image of Psyga i used for an earlier image was the first time I actually did an action shot. I'm working on this. Slowly, as i'm still trying to fully get back in the groove and have issues of my own to deal with at present, but I'm working on it. Please do not rush me. OK? It doesn't help any, it just frustrates me.

- Soma Haruto/Wizard is like Vash the Stampede from Trigun
- While Kazumi Hoji/Druid is like Nicholas Wolfwood from Trigun. In Wizard, if it was rewritten, he works for Kizaki. Later Kizaki assigns him to work with Haruto & the gang.
- He and Haruto fight over Koyomi sometimes. Haruto likes donuts while he eats pizza/bagels.

OK... explain how so here, and I'll add it to the notes. Give me as much history and personality/backstory as you can on him. ^^

Well I'll leave the backstory to you. All I can give you are just some facts. Wish though that KR Wizard was rewritten and Beast wasn't the second but the third rider after Druid.
Hoji Kazami
-Β He had family problems when his father & mother got divorced. His stepfather was abusive but Kazami called the police.
- He never returned home, but instead lived at a church.
- He later got caught in the same ritual Haruto went through. His despair was not having a good family, but his hope was that he'll someday have a good one and that there'll be other children he can help get through the bad times plus for more power to protect. Hoji supressed the Peryton Phantom within him.
- The ritual ended later. He thought it was just a dream. As he got older, he tried to move on. But some part of that memory from the ritual still remained. One day, he saw a little orphan girl bullied. He tried to save her from her abusers until he unleashed a burst of magical energy.
- Just then, a white wizard appeared and told him he was worthy of being a "mage". The wizard explained everything to him and gave him the weapons needed to fight the Phantoms. Hoji remembered and swore to protect the world, children... even cute women.
- A few years later, he became a member of Department Zero led by Kizaki. An agent, spying on Haruto & the group.
- On a mission with Naoki, at first Hoji thought of Haruto as his competition despite being mages. As Naoki is taken away by Kizaki for protection, Wizard & Druid duke it out. But both put their differences aside and work together.
- After the Gargoyle Phantom is destroyed, Kizaki later assigns Hoji to work with Haruto & the gang. Which his hesitantly accepted. But changed his mind quickly when he falls for Koyomi. But Haruto is determined to protect her from him.
- Haruto & Hoji sometimes don't like each other much when it comes to Koyomi. Rinko doesn't like Hoji's attitude when it comes to duty as an agent.
Personality:
- When it comes to donuts, Haruto always takes the plain sugar when he turns downs his buyers offers. So Hoji takes the new donuts anyway.
- Hoji is opposite of Haruto. Though Haruto's ideals of hope gives Hoji doubts of him. He never felt much hope despite his old "family" life.
- He is disciplined and acts like a priest. Despite being Dept. Zero's agent and Rinko's new partner, he's never much the funny type outside & inside of the agency.
- He's secretive sometimes giving information to Kizaki about Wizard's activities & his. He's also willing to learn of the Phantom's powers along with the mages so that the agency can create weapons against the Phantoms.
- When Haruto is mistreated by Naomi after blaming him for her boyfriend's fall in soccer, Hoji would try to protect him from the blame even if it means hitting a woman like her. When Medusa comes up to Druid for an offer in creating a new Phantom for Wiseman, he refused. But decided no choice but to manipulate his friends, even Haruto into creating a Phantom out of one of them, Kazuya or Naomi.
- Hoji thinks of Nitoh as undisciplined to be a mage.

Here's something you can mix up if you want.
- He ran away from home and became homeless with no future. Eventually, he became trapped in the ritual where the Phantoms are born.
- The Peryton Phantom was created. But when he sees there is a lot of despair and not a single piece of hope. He wonders and asks his Gate why. And that all he wanted was to stop the hurting and wants a peaceful death.
- Peryton asks him to let him take over as himself. In return, he would give his gate a peaceful and happy life. And Hoji agrees allowing Peryton to take his name & identity as his own as the real Hoji Kazami dies peacefully in despair.

Ok. Last question: any finishing attacks set in your mind, or special abilities for each Style in mind? anything I can have to put towards this would help. Also, a basic design idea to follow for each would help. IN that regard, should I work off an image of Wizard, or one of Beast, or do you prefer a different Rider model base?

- Strike Druid: He can wield a kick strike ring/a punch strike ring.
- DruidPoleArrow: In polearm mode (halberd on one end and battle ax on the other end) - (element) thrust strike. In arrow mode - (element) arrow strike
Styles:
- I'll let you figure out the styles. Magna style thinking of either gain a final form weapon or boost his druidpolearrow like Accel Trial used his engine blade for machine spike slash.
Design:
I prefer the same design as Wizard. But in case, research on druids on how they look. Plus to look like Wizard's dragon style forms since it'll look already surpassed Wizard way before Haruto gained the power from his phantom.

It turns out Hoji Kazami ACTUALLY died in that ritual. And he didn't suppress the Peryton phantom. It was actually Peryton himself.
Though before dying, Peryton asked him what he would've wanted before Hoji dies. He asks for peace for the children of the world. After disappeared in despair, Peryton swore to fulfill his wish and took his identity as his own so that he can live on.
Haruto and the others don't know about his secret until later when Medusa gets him to drown a person in despair so that a new Phantom would be born. Naomi became that new Phantom after Bahamut was destroyed.
Peryton/Hoji leaves the group for a while to think things over of what he's done. Eventually after Yuzuru became a mage and got some talking from Kizaki, he returned to join the group again asking for forgiveness. And so Haruto forgave him. No matter what he is, Phantom or human, he's still Agent Kazami Hoji inside.
Hoji represent Nicholas Wolfwood & Vergil's light side while Peryton represents Vergil's dark side.

Actually...
Haruto went to look for Peryton after thinking things through with "his" story and that all was true except the part of Hoji drowning in despair and Peryton taking over completely.
He allowed Hoji to enter his Underworld so that Peryton and Dragon can talk. After a huge chat, Peryton leaves Wiseman's side and returns with the gang as redemption.

Druid: Sa! Party Time, da! (English wording - Let's go! Here we go! Come on! C'mon!)

Here's also another thing.
- Hoji likes children. He hangs out at an orphanage where he has his plamonsters play with the children even entertain them with his magic.
- Haruto and Hoji butt heads with each other: They play with their magic on each other like it is a magic show competition, fight over donuts even fight over the attentions of Koyomi.
- Hoji & Rinko. At first she didn't like him, because of his attitude. But eventually he starts opening up to her as one of her partners and friend. Especially when he reveals that he is actually a Phantom.

- Hoji & Nitoh: Despite Nitoh wielding ancient magic as Beast, Hoji sees him as an undisciplined mage and doesn't listen to anyone.

On second thought on Magna style. switch from fully goldstone to pearl.
I mean Wizard's Infinity style is a diamond with a touch of silver plating. Why not Druid's Magna style with a pearl, but make some of his armor plating gold.
Plus his weapon should be something of a halberd/sanjiegun-sansetsukon.

And I'm switching Druid's metal style to iron style. And his gemstone switched from amber orange to obsidian gray. Beast's falco mantle is the only one orange anyway.
