Alphonse Mucha: The Art Nouveau Style is beautiful style I greatly admire, and Mucha is the star artist of this era.

Harry Potter: Books, movies, posters, fan fiction, fan art, merchandise, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – it doesn’t matter, I love them all and all influence me greatly.

American Comics: I am not an avid reader, but I am a great fan of the styles used.

Photography: Any photography really, but I do like portraits a lot.

Leonardo da Vinci: Need I say more about this amazing artist? I think not, his works speak for themselves.

Sara Moon: I grew up with Sara Moon prints in the house. The one show cased here specifically. As a child I would lay on my mother’s bed and just stare at them, always dreaming that one day I would be good enough to draw like that.

Achen089: Her gorgeous works always leave me in awe and I have found myself adjusting my style slightly once in a while to replicate her feminine art.

Anime and Manga: I went through an anime and manga stage some years ago. I do still love manga, but not anime so much.

Traveling: So far I have been to The Netherlands (x2), Germany (x2), Belgium, Italy, France, Australia (Sydney), The United States of America (Orlando, Florida), and I have traveled through most of my country, South Africa. I want to see most of the world before I die.

Books: I read a lot. I enjoy reading youth literature a lot, especially anything containing the mythical. The books represented in this image are but a fraction of what I own, and it really helps to have your best friend working at a large publishing house. JK Rowling, Margaret Atwood and JRR Tolkien are my favourite authors.

Cartoon Shows: I love watching cartoon shows, especially ones with great adventures and struggles between good and evil. My favourites throughout my life are: Brakenjan, Remie, Moomin, Jem, Lucky Luke, Avatar: The Last Airbender, W.I.T.C.H., The Little Mermaid cartoon series, Ben 10, Kim Possible, etc.
