A lot of people has been asking me how I draw Merida's hair so I made a little tutorial >v<btw actually I made this a month ago, but I'm hesitant to submit here because I just realized there are like a gazillion gramatical errors and typoness OTL
I hope it makes sense ^^'forgive me orz

Very nice. But the finishing touch of the whole work looks unfinished. You should add more shine and shading dept. Smooth out the shades of color a little. And I'm not really sure about those eye lashes.
But other than that it looks good ^^

This is a great example. I know a lot of people have a hard time knowing where to start when it comes to drawing detailed curly hair. Merida is great practice for that. Great reference. Thanks!

What I mean to say is that there are lots of tutorials and references for big curls and ringlets, but the unruly mess curls are devoid of good references.

How did you get paint tool sai in english? Or are you using the free 30-something trial -.^??

If you google/whatever/search around a bit you should be able to find the English version of paint tool sai
