Ascending from a normal unicorn, to a full fledged princess alicorn, Twilight Sparkle now takes on the role as Princess of Friendship. With this new found power, She goes across the land of Equestria spreading the magic that is friendship along with her best friends; Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack. For many years, they played there roles, into making the land a better place to live. . .
It has been a few 100 years now. Twilight continues spreading the magic, making new friends along the way. New memories. New bonds. New everything. However, nothing can replace what is kept close to her. As she continues to live, so do her friends. Even though they are no longer with her. To walk with her. Talk with her. Laugh with her. They will always remain Twi’s best friends. She will never forget how they helped her see how magical having friends could be. Even after all these years, she still remembers the lessons they have taught her, the time they have spent together, and the joy that has been brought by them. . .
Never forgotten. . .

And I do xP. While I'm not a fan of it due to the many confirmations that Twilight _isn't_ immortal, I'm not gonna be one of those to ruin other people's fun.

Again, what 'many' confirmations are these? A single tweet saying she won't outlive her friends? That's very vague.
The show will never touch upon mortality VS immortality so it can go whichever way you want it to. Twilight is a highly magical being, so her living long makes as much sense as anything else.

True, but I think it just depends on the headcanons.
And that is a good point, and that's what makes the show good. Whenever it leaves something vague and in the open, fans are allowed to build their own theories. I myself however am not one of those who believe Twilight is a god like the Princesses (along with Cadence), but I won't ruin the fun of those who do believe that's the case

Well, even Celestia and Luna can't quite be gods, as they've been shown to be beaten and captured more than once. But yeah, on the subject of mortality a lot is up to interpreatation, and since the show won't tell us about that subject, we have the freedom to imagine either way.
Also, if Starswirl really is alive somehow - as it's been hinted at - it would prove even a talented unicorn can cheat death with magic. The very existence of time spells seems to make that possible.

It is still up for debate whether or not artificial Alicorns cease to age or not.

Anything is still up for debate. Do I think she'll live as long as a normal alicorn? Meh, not sure. But its still something to inspire arts, and thoughts.

As much as I like this picture, one thing that actually continues to irritate the heck out of me is how people continue to say that Twilight is going to be immortal, when the show's creative staff have said, repeatedly, that she WILL NOT; I repeat, WILL NOT!; ever outlive her friends!
Ergo, she is NOT, nor WILL she EVER be, immortal!!

Sooooo, what you'e saying to NOT believe ANYTHING that the show's writer, voice cast; etc.; who KNOW the show and its concepts inside and out, say in their Tweets?

And I never SAID that it wasn't an amazing picture, hoss. I actually think that it IS lovely, but that folks saying that Twi is going to be immortal and outlive her friends when the folks who do the show said that she WON'T is what irritates me.
And, if you were to read Template's OWN post, he said that HE knew that, too (about the NOT outliving them thing).

I knew about the tweets that were said. That's about it. and it was one or two tweets of something. I don't even follow there tweets. I just let what happens, happen. And honestly, why are you trying so hard? Has it happened in the show yet? If not, then why talk about what may or may not be set in stone. This is just a fun idea that makes sense to me, and is something that can be played with. If it irritates you so much, then stop coming to this pic. I understand about having your views and opinions, but what starting to irritate me is you trying to enforce something that has not happened yet in the show, or that may never even be touched on. I already know your going to make a come back comment to this, about how you think i'm probably ignoring "Facts", that are either half true, or non at all. Personally, don't bother. I have my ideas, and fanon has its own little place in the fandom too. We all have idea's, and if you don't like it, then stop it, and do something else that you do like.

It's not that I don't believe it, it's that (as far as I know) there was only a tweet saying Twilight wouldn't outlive her friends, said in a time when fans were freaking out. That's very vague and flimsy to claim to be 'canon' or not. Even if it's accurate, it could also mean all six will be immortal.
And especially since the show won't ever touch in a subject related to death at all, what does canon even matter?
People like the idea because it makes sense and it's much more interesting with more potential then 'everyone dies the end'. Why not let them have their fun?
