Description There were so many gophers in the park today! I named this one Colin. He let me take pictures of him as he gorged on fries.

It's good! Everything is deliciously green now. I've been home for almost a full month. I was staying with my mom in BC during March and April. While I was gone there were 2 or 3 record-breaking snow falls that I missed.

I would love to see Ontario one day!

DX the snow there really is impossible! It's worse here though, we get feet and feet in a couple of days, it can get freeeeezing. The summers here, on the other hand, are stifling hot. So hot that when you go to wash your hands, you wash your face and arms too in freezing cold water. It's crazy. Insanely humid too.
I'm positive there are a ton of incredible pics you could get here. Northern ontario is absolutely beautiful, and the country is home to thousands of species of crazy animals to photograph (Wild turkeys- they gobble like crazy in the morning and wake you up!) You should also check out Sauble Beach if you're down here too.
XD, I remember summer in Calgary- I'd wake up and put on a pair of shorts but then be freezing cold on the way to school. Then I
d get there and be too hot. :/ Hope you get the summer you deserve after all that snow!

That is crazy indeed! I didn't know it got so hot and so cold there.

I've never seen wild turkeys before! One thing that attracts me there are the maple trees with the huge maple leaves. Do you have them where you are?

Yeah, the weather can be quite odd here. The early mornings are always pretty cool, but later I curse myself for taking the early morning cool for granted.

Thank you! I hope you have the weather that you like over there!

XD, it's the lakes. It's much better where I am than in a lot of places... Buffalo, Sauble Beach, Owen Sound, northern Ontario, they all get like, ten feet of snow. I'm not even kidding. My aunt had to shovel a path of snow that went all the way up to the door more than once last year.
Wild turkeys are crazy. I don't think they're down here, but my cousins live up in the country and they gobble like crazy. They get a lot of stuff there... once they had a snake and my uncle picked it up with barbecue tongs with oven mitts on XD
The autumns here are just incredible... I love them. You can't imagine the colours.

I heard that Ontario has a lot of lakes.

That's a lot of snow.

I remember watching videos in school about eastern Canada, and the autumn scenes are what I remember so vividly and the reason for my wanting to go there.

They are... it's incredible. The colours are amazing... I can't describe it. Like the mountains in AB.
Yeah, the snow is incredible.
Yeah, the lakes are awesome. The lake effect is part of the extremities.
How're you?

I try to reply in order. That's all.

It's only a problem if it's interfering with your life.

Ah.
In general it isn't, but I'd still like to know... Certain things, invasive thoughts particularily, have interfered, even after I try to control them. I also get distracted often with things, like the example you used, tracing things on my hands or on a paper, and then I lose concentration in class or wherever I am. I just want to know...

If your grades are suffering because of your inability to concentrate due to such things, then yes, I would say it's interfering. Also, if the invasive thoughts are violent, disturbing, creepy and cause you great discomfort and/or pain, then that also counts as interference.

It's rather weird, but even if I can't concentrate I manage to get in all the info. It's a rather lucky thing. I can never seem to concentrate, but I usually can if I'm doing something with my hands like doodling (which isn't too bad; I've actually done a lot of designing during classes). The invasive thoughts are bothering me, but it's very reassuring to know that it's not because I actually want to, but because it's OCD, or whatever it turns out to be, if it's not that.
