This is for =skulkey because he loves snakes!I don't know what kind of snake it is. All I remember is that it was in the African building.
Yes, the EXIF data date is wrong, but this picture was taken before I got advice on how to change it, I swear. :o

I love snakes. They're so cute...Except then they stand up and hiss at you with their two-inch-long fangs. Great interesting close-up, though.

I've never seen one do that before (except on television). I've only encountered a couple of wild snakes in my entire life. The rest I've seen in zoos.
