Well, I think this piece is done. It's an artwork for a fight game demo we are doing for the final exam at school.It will be a nightmare to animate =____=
So, Tikitkah is a female humanoid kangaroo ( I know, she doesn't look like a kangaroo ^^ ) living on the arid world Sanarian IV. Her race is called the Marsupian ( original, isn't ? ).
She will fight with a stupid weapon, a zombie arm that she will use as a club...

hmm my first thought was a coyote girl, love the tribal markings, is she wearing an eagle skull? interesting concept, congrats on the DD well deserved

very neat design overall. if you want to make her look more like a kangaroo though, the proportion of the legs needs to be quite different! Even more so than most animals the knee-to-heel part on a kangaroo is very long.
if however you want her to be a mostly human shaped creature that shares some similarities with a kangaroo, probably close enough.
(she doesn't seem to have a pouch though!)

Yeah I really wanted to do a more kangaroo-looking girl, but the other guys of the workgroup prefer a more human shape. And she has to match a "human" skeleton for animations.

She kind of reminds me of Sheva from RE5.

The thing that strikes me the most is the fact that her ears stick through the eye sockets of that skull. LOVE IT.
Also. ADORE that name. LOVE IT. Gorgeous. Tastes delicious on my tongue saying it out loud. Kinda like orange juice with pulp. /weird tangent.

I think there are a few subtle hints to her kangaroo half. I think her stance should be the dead giveaway but it's hard to imagine from the shots above. Very good work though!

One of the guys working with me on this project thought that the pouch was scary ^^. She had a pouch on my very first concept but then I removed it.

Too mainstream ^^. And there are bones in a zombie arm too ^^. No, seriously, it's just because in our game concept, everybody will fight with a "fun" weapon.
