BIO
Eagle Eye combines cunning and deviousness, but he sees himself as a sophisticated intellectual, and he's been enraged for his whole life at the "elite" not acknowledging his qualities.
Shunned by most Cybertronians because of his lack of qualm and moral, Eagle Eye quickly embraced the Decepticon ideology, using his venomous talents to create a fake persona to infiltrate the government organizations in order to gather intelligence.
Chillingly vindictive, he enjoys applying his tecniques on his comrades as well.
WEAPONS AND ABILIIES
His jet mode's radar targeting system detaches to form a separate weapon that he wields to attack with deadly accuracy.
The weapon shoots a combination of radiowaves that gradually disable enemy systems, giving him the pleasure of methodically defeating his opponent one blow at a time.
WEAKNESSES
While excelling at almost everything, Eagle Eye possesses low physical strength, which handicaps him when he must face a physical confrontation with some Decepticons who realized to have been victim of his almost-sadistic manipulation.
Some opponents are aware that his true drive is not hate for his peers, but insecurity about his own worth as a mech.
