Another Tutorial.This effect is simply very helpful for Flash Animators that want a Lens Flare effect that suits with the Animation Style, or for people like me who would rather draw in flash over Photoshop.
Either Way, a little something I discovered how to do while experimenting with Flash, and I thought I would post it up here, as I have yet to see any Tutorial's like this.
I Use Macromedia Flash MX 2004, I'm not sure it applies to the more up to date versions of Flash.
