the pigs from Pig City was trying to repair the robot's in 2001 but they had no money to repair them. In 2005, the pigs start a donation to save the robot's (with success), and in 2007, the pigs had enough money and the robot's where saved and fully repaired.

Reminds me of that abandoned western place someone explored in japan (cause one of the mannequins was missing his face and was playing poker).
