Description

A massive kaiju stepped out of the portal in Mozambique. Instead of a head, it possessed a massive ring that worked as a gateway to a far-off corner of space. The inside showed a massive nebula that appeared to be alive. It began absorbing everything around it into its portals as it wandered aimlessly to cause destruction. D.A.K.A forces arrived on the scene, but their shots were ineffective. Any missiles launched at the kaiju were absorbed by the portals and shot back out at the troops. The Maser cannons fared just as badly, the energy was merely absorbed by the portals. The MAKO3 arrived on the scene, having just destroyed the crab kaiju swarm in the Indian ocean. Since ranged weaponry was useless, they had to go for melee combat. Boosting in with its rockets, they went for a strike to the body. The vacuum proved too strong however, drawing the fist into the portal on its chest. They managed to pull away, but were hit by a beam of light emitted by the large portal.

Their armour defused most of it, leaving only minor damage. They went in for another strike, but feinted and instead swept at the legs with the tail. The kaiju tumbled to the ground, but managed to pull the MAKO3 with it. They grappled and tussled, neither of them coming out ahead until the MAKO3 landed a lucky hit to the main ring. The portal began flickering, giving the MAKO3 enough time to grab the ring and snap it off completely.

Without a mind to control it, the artificial body crumbled to the ground as a marionette with its strings cut off. Several kaiju down, but more to go. They were starting to run out of time and resources to deal with all the kaiju appearing all over the world. It wouldn't be long before they reached a breaking point.
