Description
3MB to load... Be Patient!Since some of you already know, two weeks ago my 2D Animation course has started. I'll study it for three years. Last week we received a light table, and we have created a lot of small animations practicing the art of animation. I'll write more at the journal soon if you like.
Yesterday I could not wait to play around with it some more. It's my very first hand drawn animation of a character (One second loop, 21 Frames). It looks a bit stiff and pretty rough, but it was a lot of fun to do! It was really long ago when I was that motivated to create something. I may try to ink it digitally... Reference was a walking cycle video from youtube.
EDIT: Preloader Added
Enjoy

I took an experimental animation course a year ago and it was incredible. We didn't get to work with any actual hand drawn stuff, we mostly got to work with stop motion animation, starting with a ball of bouncing clay and working our way up to a full armature. I could not help but giggle and grin like an idiot whenever I pressed play on a section of animation I was working on and watched it move around the screen. It's the single best magic trick ever, and very, VERY, time consuming. Congrats on your work, I hope you're enjoying it.

I've been doing a little bit of stop motion too, but that belongs to the 3D course. Thanks.

Thanks.

I bet it's annoying to draw different frames of pretty much the same thing. I know I'd get annoyed. ><;;;

Well the "annoying" thing is actually not to know how it will look like
