Bio:
The physical manifestation of the Liu Xing Qiu (6-Star Ball). Liu Xing Long is one of seven Ryūjin (Dragon God) from Bayan's second set of Dragon Balls. She serves as attendant to her wish granting Dai Ryūjin (Great Dragon God), Shenlong, in the Ryūshinkai (Dragon God Realm). The seven Ryūjin's main jobs are to interact with the Ryūshin (Dragon God) and her attendants on Shenlong's behalf, as well as function as a host for the negative energy created by using the Dragon Balls so that their master does not become tainted.
Son Gokū and company's overuse of the Dragon Balls overloaded the seven Ryūjin with negative energy and left Shenlong vulnerable to corruption himself. Upon being summoned to reverse the damage done to Earth when Hell was unleashed, the tainted Shenlong released his Ryūjin upon the Earth to expel their negative energy. In her current state, she has become very vain. Her displeasure of her physical appearance leads to her attempting to win the affection of others by granting them "wishes". Eventually, she attempts to hide her ugliness by possessing the Ryūshin.
Notes:
Now that all the other dragons have Super Forms thanks to Heroes, I had to give this one a Super Form as well. In Heroes, it's actually a giant version of the princess disguise with her dragon wings on her head, but I really didn't want to go that route. So, instead, I've switched the absorption/possession trait from Qi Xing Long to this dragon, and had it posses the Ryushin in order to gain power, both from the ability and the host.

I think i got it figured out, so Liu Xing Long, being dissatified with her old look, possessed a Gold Fruit Shinjin; Pitaya of the Ryushin because of her beauty and her properties, meaning that she'll be taking an advantage to her abilities.

Oh, ok, that makes sense (kinda?). Also, no wind attacks? And why not possess, well, the, much stronger too, mind you, heroes?

She'll have wind attacks still, and to answer your question, there's no need for her to possess non-dragons.

Not a bad way of changing things and explaining the dual forms. She always disappointed me a little in GT.

It was more of the fact that she seemed benevolent to start, or at least neutral(which would have been awesome, not necessarily good but not evil either), but then no, evil like the rest.
