Bio:
The physical manifestation of the San and Si Xing Qiu (3 & 4-Star Balls). The twins are two of seven Ryūjin (Dragon God) from Bayan's second set of Dragon Balls. They serve as attendants to their wish granting Dai Ryūjin (Great Dragon God), Shenlong, in the Ryūshinkai (Dragon God Realm). The seven Ryūjin's main jobs are to interact with the Ryūshin (Dragon God) and her attendants on Shenlong's behalf, as well as function as a host for the negative energy created by using the Dragon Balls so that their master does not become tainted.

Son Gokū and company's overuse of the Dragon Balls overloaded the seven Ryūjin with negative energy and left Shenlong vulnerable to corruption himself. Upon being summoned to reverse the damage done to Earth when Hell was unleashed, the tainted Shenlong released his Ryūjin upon the Earth to expel their negative energy. In his current state, San Xing Long has gained an abnormal desire for status and power. He challenges Gokū for the title of "Strongest", and seeks to defeat him at any cost. He will lie, cheat and steal for personal gain, and if he can prove himself superior to Son Gokū, Yi Xing Long may just be his next target.

On the other hand, Si Xing Long remain relatively unaffected. He is a warrior that follows a noble code, but the negative energy has inflated his ego though and he now sees himself as being above all the other dragons. His great confidence in his power and techniques borders upon arrogance, though this is not exactly unwarranted.

Notes:
Their only changes to their normal forms are the addition of the Dragon Ball on their chests. I really wanted all the dragons to have their ball visible, and this mirroring reflects the twin style as well as their very different personalities. For the super form from Heroes, I changed the spikes/horns into crests. Just a personal preference.

It's kinda funny that you had each names in the description in order, yet putting it on the opposite in this title.

In any case, these designs you made for both San Xing Long and Si Xing Long as gemini-type Dragons are legit awesome.

I get the feeling we'll probably never see any of the Evil Dragon's new forms outside of Carddass related material. :/

A man can dream. Though it WOULD be beneficial to throw em into Xenoverse regardless. I mean Fire Emblem only came to the states because of Roy and Marth's popularity in Smash. I could see more Heroes content coming to the states if they threw in abit of it into Xenoverse.

While not Heroes exactly, SS3 Broli and SS3 Vegeta were added into the Raging Blast series from Dragon Battlers...and that apparently killed playable what-if characters for console games. We haven't had any since from what I can remember. xD

Id think those two would be the most requested. Vegeta because he never got it and Broly because...well Broly. I know not EVERYONE from Heroes would make it such as Majin Bojack, Broly, etc but stuff like SSJ Pan and GT Gotenks seem perfectly reasonable when compared to things like Bebi Janemba or Buubadi.

forget Xenoverse! GT would have been color if they gave em forms like those!

They didn't need to, they showed their abilities well in GT, there was no need for the extension of forms, it'd also be borderline bullshitting the series, we already had known little to none about the characters, they had no development, so they would've been hated if they were actually given such minor appearance changing forms. The show of them changing form through their massive temperature changes was cool though.
