Bio:
The physical manifestation of the Qi Xing Qiu (7-Star Ball). Qi Xing Long is one of seven Ryūjin (Dragon God) from Bayan's second set of Dragon Balls. He serves as attendant to his wish granting Dai Ryūjin (Great Dragon God), Shenlong, in the Ryūshinkai (Dragon God Realm). The seven Ryūjin's main jobs are to interact with the Ryūshin (Dragon God) and her attendants on Shenlong's behalf, as well as function as a host for the negative energy created by using the Dragon Balls so that their master does not become tainted.
Son Gokū and company's overuse of the Dragon Balls overloaded the seven Ryūjin with negative energy and left Shenlong vulnerable to corruption himself. Upon being summoned to reverse the damage done to Earth when Hell was unleashed, the tainted Shenlong released his Ryūjin upon the Earth to expel their negative energy. In his current state, Qi Xing Qiu has become very lethargic and refuses to put forth effort towards almost anything. Once he does engage in an activity though, he won't stop until he completes the task. His actions are, more often than not, very careless and will put everyone, even himself, in danger without thinking of the consequences.
Notes:
He's been shrunk a bit from his typical depiction of the anime's giant forms, as well as a face change. His transformation also has some color changes to make his horns and claws black/ He also no longer needs Pan to reach it.

Well... OK. He was the one that absorbed people, right? So... The ability still there, or...? (Design-wise... Not QUITE sure what you changed but the bellypenis thing looks kinda ugly. Also: 2 Tails. Huh.)

yep. i thought the entire point was having him look weak (like a mole) and goofy, and then it turns out he's just as bad as the others...

I was focusing on specific attributes for each of the dragons. In this case, because none of the dragons are overly weak and Goku isn't the one fighting all of them, him being lazy is more important.
